The rollers may be maintained in their relative positions by springs and/or linear actuators and positioned using linear encoders. In alternative arrangements, the material to be coated could be low viscosity material such as a polymeric solution. Air knives may be provided near the gap to create an air flow that aids in preventing the free flow of low viscosity materials outside the bounds of the film during coating.

The double belt mechanism compresses the fiber mat, web, or mesh and the applied monomers or oligomers as the fiber mat, web, or mesh is passed through the curing oven so that the monomers or oligomers fully saturate the fiber mat, web, or mesh. Upon polymerization of the monomers or oligomers, the fiber mat, web, or mesh is fully impregnated with the thermoplastic polymer.

Said device is configured in the form of a bridge equipped with a mechanical drive for movement. The bridge has guides on which a frame is mounted for vertical movement, said frame having cassettes provided with gates with a mechanical drive. The technical result is reduced labor costs, healthier working conditions for operatives, and better quality installation of the base of an electrolytic cell.
