METHOD FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE PERFORMING THE SAME
According to various example embodiments, information providing method of an electronic device may include identifying delivery-related information regarding a load moving along a moving path of the load past at least one sensor, identifying a task position at which the load is to be picked up from among a plurality of task areas along the moving path based on the delivery-related information, estimating a point in time at which the load approaches the task position, and providing information related to an approach of the load to the task position based on the estimated point in time. In addition, other various embodiments are possible.
Apparatus for treating horticultural products
An apparatus for treating horticultural products having in series at least: a first station, which includes first elements for the individual handling of respective horticultural products and at least one vision system, controlled by an electronic control and management unit, for the acquisition of information related to at least one parameter of interest of each horticultural product. The apparatus further includes a second station, including second elements for the individual handling of respective horticultural products and at least one device for weighing each horticultural product in transit, controlled by the electronic unit, and a third station, including third elements for the individual handling of respective horticultural products. The second station includes an intermediate unloading assembly, which can be actuated selectively by the electronic unit for the early release of the horticultural products, handled by the second elements.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING OR SORTING A SET OF PARTS
There is provided an apparatus including a fluidic section that comprises an input section. The fluidic section receives a fluid including a plurality of machined particles at the input section. The fluidic section receives the fluid at an inlet port of the fluidic section. The fluidic section may include two branches extending from the input section, and each of these branches has an outlet through which the fluid or part of the fluid can be routed. The apparatus can include a set of sensors configured to capture information about the plurality of machined particles in the fluidic section. The apparatus can further include channels with flow in the same and opposite directions of gravity, with each of these having one or more branches extending from the channels oriented with gravity, and each of these branches can have an outlet through which the fluid or part of the fluid can be routed.

Devices and corresponding methods to reduce sorting of mailings to produce grouped mailings
A mail item sortation system and method that includes an external controller for culling candidate letters in a mailing job to produce groupings of letters based on industry average weights and/or thicknesses in order to place all the candidate letters going to a single address adjacent to each other, an internal controller, interfaced with the external controller, that utilizes the groupings of letters to manage multiple letter sorters, wherein a specific letter sorter is selected to pair a calculated number of pockets to accommodate the groupings with an actual number of pockets in the selected letter sorter, and a transfer process for moving letters within the letter sorter pockets to a StatementPack machine.
CONVEYANCE SYSTEM
A conveyance system includes a feeding means, a reading means, a weight measuring means, a storage means, a notification means, and an arithmetic control means. Article-related information includes a unit weight of articles, the number of incoming orders of the articles, and a reference weight value derived by measuring or calculating a weight of a container storing the articles. The arithmetic control means compares the number of pickings of the articles obtained by dividing a difference between the reference weight value and a measurement value after operation as a weight of the container after picking of the articles by the unit weight, with the number of incoming orders, determines whether there is an excess or deficiency, and when there is an excess or deficiency, notifies the excessive or deficient number of articles by the notification means.
