The coating device includes a coating chamber, a plane target mechanism disposed in the coating chamber, a turntable assembly also disposed in the coating chamber, which is capable of being connected to a plurality of tool fixtures, and the tool fixture is capable of rotating around an axial line of the coating chamber under the driving of the turntable assembly, and rotating around an axial line thereof at the same time.

A cover plate is releasably secured between the handle portions at a location spaced above the top wall after loading the holes with tips, and holds the tips in the holes while at least a major portion of the device is submerged in a bath of disinfectant.

The present disclosure may provide a cleaning apparatus for cleaning parts. The cleaning apparatus may also comprise a spray system adapted to direct a washing solution to clean the part in the washing chamber. The spray system may comprise a spray array with at least one rotatable spray head. The spray head may comprise a plurality of nozzles through which the washing solution is directed to clean the part in the washing chamber. The cleaning apparatus may also comprise a closure which may provide controlled access to the washing chamber through the opening and may be movable between a closed position to sealingly close the opening and an open position so as to allow for loading and unloading of parts into the washing chamber without obstruction.

The portable machine also includes a hydraulic circuit configured to allow washing liquid to enter the washing chamber via the inlet port to be discharged via the discharging port. The portable machine also includes a rotating body arranged in the washing chamber to rotate about an axis, the rotating body including a movement element. The movement element protrudes into the washing chamber and is configured to repeatedly lift and release the cartridge cases in the washing chamber during rotation of the rotating body. The portable machine also includes an operating motor, and a drying device arranged to dry the cartridge cases in the washing chamber.

A portable parts washer for cleaning mechanical parts that includes a washer body having an upper portion, a lower portion, and a wash basin formed within the upper portion having inner sidewalls, a floor panel and at least one drain aperture. The portable parts washer also includes an in-use reservoir formed within the lower portion of the washer body and having a bottom panel spaced from the floor panel and outer sidewalls, and which is configured to receive cleaning fluid from the wash basin through the drain aperture when the floor panel is in a substantially horizontal orientation. The portable parts washer further includes a storage reservoir formed within the upper and lower portions and which is configured to contain the cleaning fluid from the in-use reservoir when the floor panel is rotated to a substantially vertical orientation.

Techniques for depowdering additively fabricated parts through fluid immersion and related systems and methods

Techniques for depowdering in additive fabrication are provided. According to some aspects, techniques are provided that separate powder from additively fabricated parts through liquid immersion of the parts. Motion of the liquid, such as liquid currents, may dislodge or otherwise move powder away from additively fabricated parts to which it is adhered or otherwise proximate to. The liquid may also provide a vehicle to carry away powder from the additively fabricated parts. Removed powder may be filtered or otherwise separated from the liquid to allow recirculation of the liquid to the parts and/or to enable re-use of the powder in subsequent additive fabrication processes. Techniques for depowdering through liquid immersion may be automated, thereby mitigating challenges associated with manual depowdering operations.

The microwavable fluid is heated in the microwave oven to a temperature of at least 170° F. The container is removed from the microwave oven when the desired temperature has been reached the jewelry and/or small parts are placed into the container to submerse the jewelry and/or small parts within the heated fluid and agitated, such as by spinning the container to mechanically remove contaminants from the surface of the items being cleaned and chemically cleaned with the use of a fluid that is a cleaning fluid.

A male population of mosquito pupae sorted according to a sorting method is described. The sorting method may include adding a mixed population of mosquito pupae into an interior volume of a sieving container including base defining a set of openings enabling movement of mosquito pupae from the interior volume through the set of openings. The mixed population of mosquito pupae may include male mosquito pupae and female mosquito pupae. The method may also include adding a volume of aqueous solution to the interior volume. The method may also include removing a portion of the male pupae from the mixed population of mosquito pupae to by performing a sieving action that causes the portion of the male pupae and a portion of the volume of water to pass from the interior volume through the set of openings. The method may also include capturing the portion of the male pupae as the male population of mosquito pupae after the portion of the male pupae has passed through the set of openings.
