PRODUCTION METHOD AND PRODUCTION FACILITY FOR STEEL SHEET PILE WITH FLANGES
To suppress the occurrence of a defective shape such as a flange wave or the like by reverse rolling so as to improve the product dimension accuracy and stability of rolling. A production method for forming a steel sheet pile with flanges from a material to be rolled by caliber roll rolling, includes a step of performing reverse rolling on the material to be rolled by a same caliber, wherein: the step of performing reverse rolling includes a step of forming first flange parts across a neutral line and second and third flange parts arranged on both sides of the first flange parts; the caliber includes first flange facing portions for forming the first flange parts, second flange facing portions for forming the second flange parts, and third flange facing portions for forming the third flange parts; and an inclination angle of the first flange facing portion with respect to a horizontal plane is larger than inclination angles of the second and third flange facing portions.

Method for producing a motor vehicle component
A method for producing a motor vehicle component from a lightweight metal alloy is disclosed including extruding a profile having at least two wall thicknesses that are mutually dissimilar in the cross section, rolling the extruded profile in portions in the extrusion direction. The rollers in the roller spacing thereof are variable. Cutting-to-length the extruded and in portions rolled profile so as to form a semi-finished product, and forming the semi-finished product so as to form the motor vehicle component.

MILLING APPARATUS
A milling apparatus includes a plurality of milling roller units each including one milling roller that is made contact with, by pressing, one surface of one of a plurality of differently angled plate parts of an elongated metal milling material and another milling roller that is made contact with another surface of the plate part by pressing. At least one of the milling roller units mills a plate part different from a plate part milled by any other milling roller unit. A plurality of the milling roller units configured to mill an identical plate part are installed in a longitudinal direction of the plate part. The one milling roller and the other milling roller of at least one of the milling roller units are movable in axial directions thereof.
ROLLING MACHINE, BENDING METHOD, AND WORKPIECE MATERIAL
A bending method feeds a long workpiece material made of metal and having a plurality of thickness portions disposed at different angles between rollers and bends the workpiece material. An initial shape of the workpiece material is a straight line or a bend with a bend radius larger than a target bend radius, a thickness of a cross section of the workpiece material along a bend radius direction is set to increase from an inner side toward an outer side of the bend radius direction, the workpiece material is fed between the rollers and rolled in a way that an amount of rolling in a region corresponding to the outer side of the bend radius direction is larger than an amount of rolling in a region corresponding to the inner side, and the workpiece material is bent to have the target bend radius from the initial shape.
