Apparatus and method for working bars
An apparatus for working bars includes a plurality of containing devices disposed adjacent and parallel to each other with an oblong development in respective longitudinal directions to contain a respective bundle of bars. At least one work station is located downstream of the containing devices. The work station includes at least one removal device to remove at least one bar from one of the containing devices, at least one drawing unit configured to move the bars in a direction of feed parallel to the longitudinal directions, and at least one bending device configured to bend the bars At least one drive member is associated with the work station, configured to move work station in a transverse direction with respect to the longitudinal directions in order to take the removal device into correspondence with one or the other of the containing devices, which are substantially fixed in position.

The invention relates to a bending head, especially for an automatic bending machine, containing a pair of bending rolls (1, 2) and a bending support (3), whereby below the first bending roll (1) is arranged transversely on the bending head a bending arm (20), which is positioned with its longitudinal axis perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the first bending roll (1), the bending arm (20) is mounted on the bending head with one of its ends rotatably about the longitudinal axis of the first bending roll (1) and is coupled to a drive, while at the other end of the bending arm (20) is mounted rotatably about its longitudinal axis the second bending roll (2), whose longitudinal axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first bending roll (1). The second bending roll (2) is coupled to the first bending roll (1) with the aid of means of forced torque transmission, whereby both rolls (1, 2) are provided with mutually axially symmetrical lightweight sections (X) of their circumferences, the first bending roll (1) is coupled to a drive of its rotary motion with a controlled angle of rotation and the bending arm (20) is coupled to a drive of bidirectional bending, whereby the bending support (3) is formed by a bending support for bidirectional bending.

A duct coupler assembly includes a female duct coupler, where the female duct coupler is coupled to a first duct segment. The female duct coupler includes a female duct coupler body having an inner surface having an inner diameter and a bayonet slot formed therein. The duct coupler assembly further includes a male duct coupler. The male duct coupler is coupled to a second duct segment. The male duct coupler includes a male duct coupler body having an outer surface having an outer diameter, where the outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner surface of the female duct coupler body. The male duct coupler has a bayonet post extending from an outer surface of the male duct coupler body, and the male duct coupler body is positioned within the female duct coupler body such that the bayonet post is positioned within the bayonet slot wherein the male duct coupler is coupled with the female duct coupler.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONTINUOUS STIRRUP
A method for manufacturing a continuous stirrup and an apparatus for implementing such method are provided. The method includes placing a planar structure formed of a wave-shaped rebar on a platform, fixing a side of the planar structure and using an elongated mold to abut against the other side of the planar structure to form an intermediate structure, flipping the intermediate structure, and abutting the elongated mold against the side of the planar structure to form a continuous stirrup.

A method for manufacturing a continuous stirrup and an apparatus for implementing such method are provided. The method includes placing a planar structure formed of a wave-shaped rebar on a platform, fixing a side of the planar structure and using an elongated mold to abut against the other side of the planar structure to form an intermediate structure, flipping the intermediate structure, and abutting the elongated mold against the side of the planar structure to form a continuous stirrup.
