COMPACT INTELLIGENT LOADING AND UNLOADING DEVICE OF NUMERICAL CONTROL TURRET PUNCH PRESS
The present invention provides a compact intelligent loading and unloading device of a numerical control turret punch press, comprising mounting frames, a palletizing platform, a mobile station, a feeding device, a lifting and reclaiming device and a central control module. The device can reduce the difficulty of a feeding device for clamping the sheet material through a clamp by lifting the sheet material with a certain angle at the front end of a mobile station. The device can also enhance the uniformity of the sheet material on a palletizing platform by arranging a limiting device on the palletizing platform, thereby reducing the probability of slippage of the sheet material on the palletizing platform.

The system includes a conveying mechanism configured to move a part into the at least one workplace to be worked on by the at least one manufacturing component.
PUNCHING APPARATUS
A punching apparatus includes a beating element that is arranged for interacting with at least one punching tool and is movable inside a container along and around a work axis, a first rotating actuator coupled to the beating element to move it linearly along the work axis between internal and external operating positions and drive the punching tool, and a second rotating actuator connected to the beating element and arranged for rotating it around the work axis, in particular for angularly orienting the punching tool. The second rotating actuator comprises a second electric motor having a stator fixed to the container and a rotor that is internal to the stator and connected to the beating element to rotate it. The rotor extends along the work axis to face, and be engaged with, the stator between the operating positions.
PUNCH PRESS
A punch press includes a die, a punch, a support that supports the punch, a shifting member, and a rotating mechanism. The shifting member includes an opposing surface that opposes the punch. The shifting member is movable toward and away from the die together with the support and the punch and rotatable about an axis extending in a direction in which the shifting member moves toward and away from the die. The shifting member includes a recess in the opposing surface. The rotating mechanism rotates the shifting member about the axis to shift the shifting member between an abutment position where the basal end surface of the punch is abut against the opposing surface and a retraction position where the basal end surface of the punch is retracted into the recess.
DIE TEST/INSPECTION APPARATUS
A test/inspection apparatus (10) for dies for electrical use, in particular for dies for cutting magnetic metal plates adapted to be stacked or superimposed one on the other to define layered packs for use in electrical machines, comprising interaction means with special functions (20) or mechanical elements of a cutting die (21), which enable/disable one or more cutting elements of said die, said apparatus being coupled to the cutting die (21) for testing it off a cutting press.
Linear Punch Press and Method for Use
A machine for forming sheet metal having a table configured to support a work piece and a frame configured to support the table. A tool is supported by a tool support member and a die is supported by a die support member. The tool and die support members are supported by the frame. The die is configured to receive a portion of a first end of the tool. A first sleeve is supported within the tool support member and a second sleeve is supported by the die support member. A first elongate member is positionable within both the first sleeve and the second sleeve and configured to align the tool with the die along a first line. A ram is configured to move along the frame to a position aligned with the tool and drive the first end of the work tool toward the work piece.
