20220118528 · 2022-04-21 ·

Disclosed are a clutch device, a drill chuck, a power tool, and a bidirectional rotation method of the drill chuck. The clutch device comprises a return elastic member, a transmission assembly and a rotating portion, wherein the transmission assembly comprises at least two oppositely arranged engagement portions; the engagement between the two engagement portions enables a front body and a rear body to rotate synchronously; the rotation of the rotating portion in a first direction enables the return elastic member to be compressed, such that the two engagement portions are disconnected; and the rotation of the rotating portion in a second direction enables the compressed return elastic member to return to an initial position such that the two engagement portions are engaged. The drill chuck comprises a front body, a rear body, clamping jaws and the clutch device; and the power tool comprises a driving shaft and the drill chuck.

Method for Detecting a Slip Clutch Release Event, and Power Tool
20220274244 · 2022-09-01 ·

A method for detecting whether a slip clutch release event has taken place in a power tool includes determining a first speed of a gear device by a first sensor, determining a second speed of a motor by a second sensor, and determining a current value by a third sensor. The method further includes determining a state of the power tool by using the first and second speeds and the current value, determining a state of the gear device in dependence on the current value by a control device, ascertaining a state of activity of the slip clutch in dependence on the first and second speeds by the control device, and ascertaining by the control device by a combination of the state of the gear device and the state of activity of the slip clutch whether the slip clutch release event has taken place.

Device for clamping a workpiece
11440104 · 2022-09-13 ·

A device for clamping a workpiece has a receiving head in a housing connected to a rotary drive with a rigid drive connection between a drive motor and the receiving head, radially adjustable clamping jaws connected to a clamping drive externally clamping the workpiece, and linear drives displacing the clamping jaws and forming the clamping drive driven jointly by a gear transmission with a central gear coaxial to the drive shaft of the receiving head by a separate drive motor. The central gear can be driven synchronously with the receiving head in the clamping position of the clamping jaws, and the rotary drive for the central gear comprises a rigid drive connection between its drive motor and the central gear or a superimposed gear comprising two input shafts drive-connected to the drive motor for the rotary drive of the receiving head and to the drive motor for the central gear.

COMPOSITE GEARWHEEL FOR AN ELECTROPNEUMATIC HAMMER DRILL
20220213953 · 2022-07-07 ·

Composite gearwheel for an electropneumatic hammer drill, wherein the composite gearwheel has a basic body, consisting of a first material, and an encircling toothing, and wherein the encircling toothing is formed, along a first circular arc, by a toothed body of the composite gearwheel, and is formed, along the remaining second circular arc, by the basic body itself, wherein the toothed body consists of a second material that is different than the first material.

Tool driving device, tool feeding mechanism for tool rotating unit and hole processing method

According to one implementation, a tool feeding mechanism for a handheld tool rotating device, having a holder and a first air motor, includes a coupler, a fixing member, a moving mechanism and a second air motor. The holder chucks and holds a rotating tool. The first air motor rotates the holder. The tool feeding mechanism is attached to the tool rotating device. The coupler is attached to the tool rotating device. The fixing member is attached directly or indirectly to a workpiece of hole processing using the rotating tool. The moving mechanism moves the coupler relatively to the fixing member in a tool axis direction. The second air motor powers the moving mechanism.
