A pallet clamp includes a clamp receiver 110 and a clamp 130. The clamp receiver 110 has an abutted surface 111 with serrations, whereas the clamp 130 has an abutting surface 132 with serrations. The clamp receiver 110 has both of a pressed surface 180 and a counter pressed surface 181 which face in directions perpendicular to the direction along the extension of the serrations. A biasing means 150 press-fits the clamp receiver 110 and the clamp 130 to each other so that the abutting surface 132 and the abutted surface 111 come into tight contact with each other, which causes the pressed surface 180 and the counter pressed surface 181 to be pressed in opposite directions.

A zero-positioning mechanism of a metalworking machine contains: a base, a locking jig, and a pneumatic cylinder. The base includes at least one installation area. The locking jig includes a body, a slider assembly, and a fixing plate. The pneumatic cylinder includes the piston and a push unit. The body includes a through orifice, the slider assembly includes two pushers and four sliders. A respective pusher has a lower fringe, two beveled fringes, and multiple receiving orifices. A respective receiving orifice is configured to accommodate a respective one of multiple resilient elements. A respective slider is arranged on the respective beveled fringe of the respective pusher and has a conical positioning portion. The fixing plate includes a first face and a second face. The first face has multiple coupling apertures and four locking apertures, and the second face has a groove with multiple chutes.

A table saw includes a table work surface, main rails supported on opposed sides of the table work surface, and a fence mounted on the main rails so as to be slidable relative to table work surface. The table saw also includes an extension assembly having extension rails that support an extension work surface and connector assemblies that couple the extension rails to the main rails. The main rails together with the extension rails provide a continuous fence contact surface that extends along the entire length of the table top and the extension assembly. The connector assemblies each include a hook that engages with a latch plate, and the hook is assembled with the latch plate via a pivoting action.

A table saw includes a table work surface, main rails supported on opposed sides of the table work surface, and a fence mounted on the main rails so as to be slidable relative to table work surface. The table saw also includes an extension assembly having extension rails that support an extension work surface and connector assemblies that couple the extension rails to the main rails. A workpiece holder, which does not require actual parts matching as required in a related-art automatic pallet changer, and has higher maintainability than a related-art automatic pallet changer. The workpiece-side jig includes a workpiece-side fitting element provided on a surface opposed to the master-side jig. The master-side jig includes: a master-side fitting element to be fitted to the workpiece-side fitting element, which is provided on a surface opposed to the workpiece-side jig; a rotary pressing member to be brought into abutment against the workpiece-side fitting element fitted to the master-side fitting element to press the workpiece-side fitting element toward the master-side jig; and a rotational drive source configured to rotate the rotary pressing member. When the rotary pressing member is rotated by the rotational drive source, the rotary pressing member is brought into abutment against the workpiece-side fitting element to press the workpiece-side fitting element toward the master-side jig.

The invention refers to a chuck pallet (1.3) with solid groove-sidewalls (2.3) for clamping chucks (1.1), whereby the x-y-references (2.5) of the chuck pallet (1.3) are allocated in the same plane (2.1) as the z-references (2.1) and the x-y-references (2.5) are also allocated at the solid groove-sidewalls (2.3). The solid groove-sidewalls (2.3) have thereby a tapered profile.

A modular clamping device for a tool or a workpiece includes: a pallet having a plurality of x-y references and a plurality of z references for alignment with a chuck and a clamping unit, which is arranged in a clamped state concentrically at an outside of the chuck. In the clamped state, a tubular part is arranged concentrically between the pallet and the clamping unit, the tubular part being connected to the pallet by a first connecting mechanism and connected to the clamping unit by a second connecting mechanism.

A machine tool comprises a tool carrier, e.g. in the form of a turret disc (7) that is provided with receptacles (8) for tool holders (9), wherein each tool holder and tool carrier comprise support surfaces associated to each other and devices for fixing the tool holder at the tool carrier. At least one clamping element is provided at the tool carrier (7) that is adjustably supported between a clamping position and a release position in a direction transverse to a tie rod of a tool holder arranged on a slider (22) receptacle of the tool carrier. The clamping element is provided with a first clamping surface (24) that can be brought into engagement with a second clamping surface (35) at the tie rod of the tool holder in a self-locking and releasable manner.

There is provided a releasable joint between two component flanges (1, 3). The flanges (1, 3) have a number of teeth (2) on each part that is pressed into contact by clamps, screws or other means. The releasable joint assembly is suitable for establishing a robot joint between a first and second component each having interlocking annular flange with respective contact surfaces, and where these flanges are held in place by a clamp (5).

When the rotary pressing member is rotated by the rotational drive source, the rotary pressing member is brought into abutment against the workpiece-side fitting element to press the workpiece-side fitting element toward the master-side jig.
