Zero-point clamping device
A zero-point clamping device for centered locking of an object with repeat accuracy, the device comprising: a housing, a receiving opening worked into the housing having a centering axis, at least two clamping slides mounted axially displaceably in a bore provided in the housing, and an actuating element for moving the clamping slides, one axis of rotation of the actuating element running tangentially and at a distance from the receiving opening to enable a reliable, permanent and repeatable fixing of a large number of workpieces and being extremely compact. This is achieved with two spaced-apart threads incorporated in the actuating element, the respective threads of which have identical pitches and are inclined in opposite directions, and a drive pin inserted in each thread in a driving connection with the thread such that the drive pins can be moved along the axis of rotation of the actuating element.
TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT FOR TANK TRACK MOVING SUPPORTS
A technological equipment for tank track moving supports is provided and includes a zero-point positioning system, a workpiece identifying system and a clamping apparatus in cooperation with the moving support, the clamping apparatus includes a tooling plate, a clamp and a pressing device for pressing the moving support are detachably connected to the tooling plate, the moving support is located between the clamp and the pressing device, and the pressing device abuts against the moving support. The moving support with different shapes and sizes can be clamped, and the clamping is stable and convenient to operate.
CLAMPING MEANS SYSTEM CAPABLE OF AUTOMATION
A clamping means system including a bearing device and clamping vices, which fit into the bearing device and respectively have on their base area machine coupling system and on their side faces and flanks a bearing receiving contour and a gripping receiving contour. The bearing receiving contour has the greatest play; the fit between the gripper and the gripper receiving contour is of moderate precision, while the precision of the machine coupling system is the greatest. The clear functional separation between the machine coupling system and the bearing receiving contour or gripper receiving contour allows a reliable low-cost system to be constructed. Furthermore, in the case of mixed partly automated systems, in which parts of the handling tasks are performed by the operator and other parts are performed by gripping robots, the handling is possible in an easy and intuitive way.
BASE UNIT FOR RELEASABLY FIXING WORKPIECE SUPPORTS
In order to create a base unit for releasably fixing workpiece supports, which each comprise at least one clamping bolt, that makes it possible to quickly and reliably create a workpiece support structure from a plurality of workpiece supports on the top side of the base unit, said workpiece support structure having a total workpiece support face of a desired shape and size, it is proposed that the base unit comprises the following: a base plate, a cover plate, which is provided with cover plate through-openings through each of which a clamping bolt of a workpiece support can pass, a fixing element, which is provided with fixing element through-openings through each of which a clamping bolt of a workpiece support can pass, and by means of which at least one clamping bolt of a workpiece support is fixable to the base unit when the fixing element is located in a working position, and a movement device for moving the fixing element from a rest position into the working position and/or from the working position into the rest position.
CLAMP DEVICE AND PROCESSING MACHINE
A clamp device includes: a tool spindle including a protrusion; an additive-manufacturing head having a recess into which the protrusion is inserted in a first direction, the additive-manufacturing head being detachably coupled to the tool spindle; and a clamp mechanism portion that clamps mutually the recess and the protrusion inserted into the recess. The additive-manufacturing head includes a pin member. A pin insertion hole into which the pin member is inserted in a second direction intersecting the first direction is made in the tool spindle.
Clamping Chuck
A clamping chuck is provided for clamping palettes having a clamping spigot. The clamping chuck includes a receiving opening for the clamping spigot and a clamping device that includes an actuating piston displaceable between an initial position and a locking position for actuating clamping members for clamping the clamping spigot in the receiving opening. The clamping chuck includes a monitoring line that is acted upon pneumatically and leads from an inlet to an outlet. The receiving opening includes a conical insertion region, into which at least one control hole connected to the monitoring line emerges, the control hole being closed by the clamping spigot. A valve device is arranged between the inlet and the outlet of the monitoring line to vary the flow of a fluid through the monitoring line depending on the position of the actuating piston.
Manufacturing method of iron core product
A manufacturing method of an iron core product includes: heating an iron core body attached to a jig together with the jig; removing the iron core body from the jig when the jig and the iron core body are heated to denote a first temperature; and separately cooling, after removing the iron core body from the jig, the iron core body and the jig such that the iron core body is at a second temperature lower than the first temperature and the jig is at a third temperature lower than the first temperature.
TOOLING BASE ASSEMBLY
A tooling base assembly for holding a workpiece is disclosed. In one example, the tooling base assembly includes a base assembly and a clamping assembly that imparts an inward radial force towards a center of the base assembly on the workpiece to securely retain and precisely locate the workpiece to the base assembly.
MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
A manufacturing system including a base and multiple work machine modules that are arranged in an arrangement direction on base to be attachable to and detachable from base, in which one wheel of a pair provided on work machine module is engaged with one rail of a pair provided on base in a state in which positional deviation in the arrangement direction is prohibited, and the other wheel of the pair is engaged with the other rail of the pair in a state in which positional deviation is permitted in the arrangement direction, thereby the position of work machine modules on the base in the arrangement direction is specified, and work machine modules are fixed at a setting position on the base to be restricted so as to be drawn toward the base by a module fixing mechanism that is provided on the base.
Device for detachably securing modules
The invention relates to a device for detachably securing modules (1), such as tool holders, to a third component (3), such as a rotatable tool disk for a machine tool, including a controllable securing device (51, 53), by which the respective module (1) can be re-secured in a detachable manner in a locked position on the third component (3) by individual securing parts (15). A release device (76, 77) at least partially helps to release the securing device (51, 53) in a release position, such that the release device (76, 77) at least at the beginning of releasing, exerts pressure on the securing device (51, 53) for releasing the individual securing parts (15).
