MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool comprising tool spindle (12) having a chuck (26) and a spindle motor, in which the chuck (26) can be actuated for the purpose of receiving and releasing a tool, a sealing air channel (40) is provided which extends at least partially radially outside the chuck (26). The sealing air channel (40) terminates in or at a protective cap (34).
MACHINE TOOL
The invention relates to a machine tool, in particular a lathe grinding machine, comprising a tool spindle having a collet and a spindle motor, wherein the collet has at least two clamping jaws which are actuatable for receiving and releasing a tool, and comprising an air channel which runs radially on the outside of the collet, wherein the air channel is configured as a sealing air channel (42) and forms a positive pressure chamber (44) at least partially above the clamping jaws (26).
SPINDLE UNIT
A sealing portion on a lower end of a cover portion of a spindle cover has an upper side surface and a lower side surface that are inclined toward an outer circumferential surface of a spindle. A larger-diameter disk and the outer circumferential surface of the spindle define therebetween a second gap that is narrower than a first gap defined between the spindle and the cover portion. The second gap is effective to prevent a processing waste liquid from entering between the spindle and the spindle cover to prevent a solid waste contained in the processing waste liquid from sticking to the spindle. The spindle is thus prevented from becoming less liable to rotate smoothly due to solid waste deposits.
Spindle device
A spindle device includes a spindle housing, a spindle shaft rotatably supported inside the spindle housing, a spindle mount having an insertion cavity into which the spindle housing is inserted along the axial direction of the spindle shaft, and a mount cover covering the spindle mount. A temperature regulator for adjusting the temperature inside the mount cover is provided inside the mount cover.
LATHE
Provided is a lathe capable of shortening the spindle. The lathe comprises a spindle, a spindle support which supports the spindle through a bearing on an outer side of the spindle, a collet disposed on a front end of the spindle, an inner ring holder provided on the spindle to hold a front of an inner ring of the bearing, an outer ring holder provided on the spindle support to hold a front of an outer ring of the bearing, a cap screwed into the spindle in front of the inner ring holder, and a cover detachably provided on the spindle support side. The cover has an inner circumferential surface facing an outer circumferential surface of the cap. A first air purging unit is provided between the inner circumferential surface of the cover and the outer circumferential surface of the cap.
Chuck sleeve for power tool
A power tool is provided and includes a housing, a motor, a gear case, a bearing assembly, and a chuck assembly. The motor is disposed in the housing and defines an axis of rotation. The gear case is coupled to the motor and includes a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the gear case is coupled to the housing. The bearing assembly extends from the distal end of the gear case along the axis of rotation and supports a driveshaft for rotation about the axis of rotation. The chuck assembly is rotatably coupled to the driveshaft and includes a chuck sleeve annularly surrounding the bearing assembly about the axis of rotation.
Spindle device
In a spindle device, a cover member covers a surface of a flange portion on the front side of the spindle shaft, the flange portion projecting radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the spindle housing, and the outer peripheral surface of the spindle housing extending from the surface of the flange portion toward the front of the spindle shaft. In the cover member, a flow path for allowing a coolant to flow therethrough is formed.
Machine tool
A chip antiscatter mechanism is included and configured to suppress scattering of chips generated during machining of a machining object. The chip antiscatter mechanism includes chip stirring means configured to stir the chips, by jetting a gas into a dry machining region above a table including the machining object, fluid curtain forming means configured to form a fluid curtain by jetting a fluid such as liquid or gas membranously from above to an outside of the dry machining region so as to surround the dry machining region, and to form a closed region including the dry machining region by the membranous fluid curtain, and discharging means configured to receive and discharge the fluid jetted membranously by the fluid curtain forming means.
FIXING MEMBER AND SPINDLE DEVICE
A spindle device includes: a spindle; a spindle housing having a bearing configured to rotatably support the spindle; a rotating member arranged at one end of the spindle; and a fixing member configured to fix the spindle so that the spindle is unrotatable relative to the spindle housing.
Motor and spindle protection structure
A motor, to which a rotary joint supporting structure for supporting a rotary joint is attached, turns a spindle. The motor includes a motor housing, a rotary shaft having a hollow shape and penetrating through the motor housing in the axial direction of the spindle, a flinger integrally attached to the rotary shaft outside the motor housing and disposed on the side to which the rotary joint supporting structure is attached, and a peripheral wall provided on the motor housing and projecting in the axial direction of the spindle so as to surround the periphery of the flinger. A plurality of cutouts are formed in the peripheral wall so as to establish communication between the interior and the exterior of the peripheral wall.
