CONNECTION ASSEMBLY FOR A HAND-OPERATED MACHINE TOOL AND HAND-OPERATED MACHINE TOOL
A connection assembly for connecting a tool head and a further machine module of a machine tool, in particular a surface finishing machine, wherein the connection assembly (10) includes at least two connection parts following one another along a longitudinal axis and each having a connection section via which the connection parts are connectable to one another.
DRIVE COUPLER FOR POWER SCRUBBER
A power scrubber including a telescopic shaft, a power receptacle, a handle, a power head, a pivot coupling, a first scrubber head, a second scrubber head, and a drive. The power receptacle and the handle are each positioned adjacent the first end. The pivot coupling couples the power head to the second end and is operable to adjust an angle of the power head relative to the shaft axis. The drive is coupled to and driven by the power head and extends along a longitudinal axis. The drive includes a first connector selectively engaging the first scrubber head with a center of the first scrubber head aligned with the longitudinal axis and a second connector selectively engaging the second scrubber head with a center of the second scrubber head aligned with the longitudinal axis. The first connector is connected to the first scrubber by a bayonet coupling.
SURFACE ABRADING MACHINE
An apparatus for abrading surfaces has a first manifold mounted proximate one end of a shaft, and a second manifold mounted distal to one end of the shaft, said first and second manifolds being constructed to receive and distribute a fluid under positive pressure and vacuum pressure, the shaft being connected to the first and second manifolds to support the manifolds and the shaft includes fluid pathways to conduct air and vacuum flows of the fluid between the manifolds, and an end effector for treating surfaces.
Reduced-vibration surface treatment device
A vibration-reducing component and an apparatus for its use. The vibration-reducing component combines an elastic member with a compression element to both resist applied forces and absorb selected vibrations. The vibration reducing component finds particular utility in tools that inherently create vibrations.
HAND-HELD MACHINE TOOL
The invention relates to a handheld machine tool, in particular a surface-finishing machine that includes a machining head, a handle part, and a connection arrangement which connects the machining head to the handle part, a tube outlet for connecting a tube being formed on the connection arrangement or on the handle part, a tube-holding device for holding the tube being provided on the handle part so as to be spaced apart from the tube outlet.
Floor machine with attachment system
The floor machine provides an attachment system capable of securing a handle to the floor machine at multiple locations. A housing of the floor machine provides two attachment bodies located on the exterior of two different walls of the housing. By securing the handle to the different attachment points, the user can configure the footprint of the floor machine to increase the user's access to narrower and/or smaller confined areas.
Hand-Held Machine Tool Comprising a Drive Motor
A hand-held machine tool, in particular a sanding machine, including a rod-type handle element for the user to grip and a processing head which is moveably mounted on the handle element by means of a joint assembly. The processing head has an electric drive motor for driving a tool holder provided for holding a processing tool and a speed-reducing gearbox between the drive motor and the tool holder, the gearbox being designed to achieve a reduction in speed of an output of the drive motor relative to a speed of the tool holder. The drive motor is a brushless motor and a power supply system for the drive motor is arranged at a distance from the drive motor on the handle element, the power supply system being connected to the drive motor by means of a cable arrangement.
Hand-held machine tool comprising a disconnector
A hand-held machine tool, in particular a sanding machine, including a handle element for the user to grip and a processing head which has an electric drive motor for driving a tool holder provided for holding a processing tool, the hand-held machine tool having a power supply system for supplying power to the drive motor by means of a cable arrangement, via which the drive motor and the power supply system are interconnected. A protection circuit including at least one electric disconnector is arranged on the drive motor, in order to disconnect a connection between at least one electric cable of the cable arrangement and a phase of a field coil arrangement of the drive motor, which phase can be supplied with current via the cable.
SURFACE PREPARATION SUPPORT APPARATUS AND METHOD
A surface preparation support apparatus includes a creeper and a linear actuator. The linear actuator includes a base-end and a tool-end that is opposite the base-end. The base-end is coupled to the creeper. The tool-end is linearly movable relative to the base-end. A surface preparation tool is coupleable to the tool-end of the linear actuator. The surface preparation support apparatus also includes an actuator-controller. The actuator-controller is coupled to the linear actuator. The actuator-controller is operable to selectively actuate the linear actuator. The surface preparation support apparatus further includes a tool-controller. The tool-controller is configured to be coupled to the surface preparation tool. The tool-controller is operable to selectively energize the surface preparation tool.
