Abrading device
An abrading device includes a funnel and an outlet orifice disposed within the funnel for passage of abrasive material, where a distance between the outlet orifice and a bottom end of the funnel is adjustable. An exhaust tube is coupled to the funnel for withdrawal of spent abrasive material from the funnel.
Fluid jet cutting device
A fluid jet cutting device for sectioning materials is provided. The device includes a compact and portable body having an equipment chamber accessible through a first panel, a working chamber accessible through a second panel and a receptacle in communication with the working chamber. A pump assembly and motor are removably positioned on a base in the equipment chamber. A guide assembly is positioned in the working chamber and a cutting head having a nozzle is movably coupled to the guide assembly for movement along three axes. A drive assembly moves the cutting head along the guide assembly. A clamp for holding a work piece includes a first face and a second face movable relative to the first face so as to secure regular, irregular or complex shaped work pieces. A basket is positioned in the receptacle below the clamp and the device may be controlled by way of a touch screen user interface.

Apparatus and method for peening of machine components
A peening device for treating a component includes a shot media propulsion source configured to propel a quantity of shot media. The device also includes a plurality of treatment enclosures each selectively coupleable to the shot media propulsion source. Each of the treatment enclosures has a shape complementary to a corresponding one of a plurality of portions of the component, such that each treatment enclosure and the corresponding portion cooperate to enclose the shot media.
MACHINE FOR CLEANING A SECTION OF PIPELINE
A pipeline field joint abrasive blast cleaning machine is disclosed in which direct contact between the pipe to be cleaned and drive rollers of the machine ensure a constant, known distance exists between the blast nozzles of the machine and the pipe surface. This ensures uniform application of abrasive matter to ensure uniform cleaning of the pipe surface.

STEEL GRIT DRYER
A mobile steel grit dryer used to dry steel grit may be configured with a number of different functions and features to assist a contractor in performing steel or other structure maintenance when using steel grit in resurfacing the structure. The steel grit dryer may be configured with a heat process vacuum bypass so that an off-board vacuum, such as a vacuum on a grit recycling system, may be utilized as opposed to having an onboard vacuum. The dryer may include multiple modes so that an operator may use different modes for different environmental conditions. An exoframe may provide for better durability when being transported to different jobsites. A variety of automation and safety features may also be provided to simplify and improve safety for operators.
Wet abrasive blast machine with remote control rinse cycle
An improved wet abrasive blast machine with remote control rinse cycle enables a pilot operating the apparatus to control remote switching between blast and rinse cycles directly, for example from a nozzle of a blast hose or from a panel. A first and second hydraulic circuit and a pneumatic circuit are controllable via communication with a control circuit which is operable remotely to direct a configurable pilot signal between various valve states. In a preferred embodiment, the control circuit is powered pneumatically via a branch circuit fed from the pneumatic circuit. Switching between to configurations is effected by directing an air pilot signal between airflows interior to a series of valves. In an alternate embodiment switching airflows between configurations is effected electrically.
PARTICLE BLAST APPARATUS
An actuator is configured to couple with a controlled member and includes first and second pistons disposed in respective internal chambers. The first piston may be moveable between first and second positions. The second piston may be moveable between third and fourth positions. The second piston may be configured not to engage the first piston when the second piston is disposed at the third position. The second piston may be configured to move the first piston to the second position as the second piston moves from the third position to the fourth position. A resilient member may be disposed to resiliently urge the second piston toward the fourth position.
Vacuum spray apparatus and uses thereof
Spray apparatus and uses thereof are described herein. A vacuum spray nozzle apparatus may include a first tube in fluid communication with a fluid source, a rotor coupled to the tube, a conduit in fluid communication with the passages of the first tube, and a second tube coupled to the conduit, the second tube being in fluid communication with a vacuum source. The rotor is in fluid communication with the pressurized fluid source. The conduit is substantially arched or angled such that an outlet of the conduit is offset a radial distance in a radial direction from the rotor axis, and when pressurized fluid is ejected from the outlet, during use, rotates the conduit. The vacuum spray nozzle apparatus is configured to remove components from a material through the second tube when a pressure of the system is reduced using the vacuum source.
