POWER TOOL
A power tool comprises a housing and a motor having a drive shaft. An output shaft is connectable to a tool. A mode selection mechanism is couplable between the drive shaft and the output shaft and arranged to transmit drive therebetween. The mode selection mechanism is moveable between a first position in which the power tool operates in a first mode and a second position in which the power tool operates in a second mode. A mode selection actuator is mounted on the housing and arranged to select at least the first position and the second position of the mode selection mechanism. An actuating rod is coupled between the mode selection mechanism and an engaging portion of the mode selection actuator. The engaging portion and rod are moveable in a direction along a longitudinal axis of the rod when the mode selection mechanism moves between the first and second positions.
Dust collection box
A dust collection box for a dust extractor includes first and second air inlet chambers, an air inlet aperture through which air is drawn into the first air inlet chamber, an air outlet aperture through which air is dawn out of the second air outlet chamber, an air intermediate chamber formed in the housing, and a filter mounted within the housing. The filter includes a first part through which air passes from the air inlet chamber to the air outlet chamber, and a second part through which air passes from the air inlet chamber to the air intermediate chamber. An ambient air aperture is formed in the wall of the housing. A valve disposed proximate the ambient air aperture is switchable to connect the air intermediate chamber to only one of the air outlet chamber or the ambient air aperture.
IMPACT POWER TOOL
An impact power tool including a housing, a motor supported by the housing, a spindle coupled to the motor for receiving torque from the motor to cause the spindle to rotate, and a reciprocating impact mechanism operable to create a variable pressure air spring within the spindle. The impact mechanism includes a striker received within the spindle that reciprocates along a reciprocation axis in response to the variable pressure air spring, a piston that reciprocates along the reciprocation axis to induce the variable pressure air spring, and a crankshaft configured to convert continuous rotational motion from the motor to reciprocating linear movement of the piston. The crankshaft defines a crank axis perpendicular to the reciprocation axis, and the motor defines a motor axis that is parallel with the reciprocation axis. A center of gravity of the impact power tool is positioned between the motor axis and the reciprocation axis.
POWER TOOL AND SAFETY CONTROL CIRCUIT MODULE AND SAFETY CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A power tool and a safety control circuit module and a safety control method thereof are provided. The power tool includes a power supply device, a control processing device, a safety control circuit module, and a power output device. The control processing device is electrically connected with the power supply device. The safety control circuit module includes a first switch control circuit, a second switch control circuit, a third switch control circuit, a first resistor, and a first diode. The power output device includes a first power connection terminal and a second power connection terminal. Before switch units of the control circuits are controlled, the control processing device detects whether the switch unit has failed, so as to increase safety.
ELECTRIC HAMMER
An electric hammer includes a housing, an electric motor, an output assembly, an impact assembly, a mounting shaft, a clutch assembly, and a switching assembly. The mounting shaft is rotatable about a second axis. When the electric hammer is in the drill mode, a sleeve of the output assembly rotates. When the electric hammer is in the hammer drill mode, the sleeve rotates and an impact block of the impact assembly reciprocates in the sleeve. The switching assembly is configured to switch the clutch assembly between a first state and a second state and includes a switching element. The switching element includes a forced end and a drive end, the output assembly moving along a first axis drives the forced end to move, and the drive end is configured to drive the clutch assembly to be switched to the first state.
Motor mounting assembly for a power tool
A power tool includes a housing and an electric motor supported within the housing. The housing includes a main housing portion that defines a rear opening. The electric motor includes an output shaft supporting a rotor assembly for rotation about a motor axis. The electric motor also includes a stator assembly surrounding the rotor assembly, and a rear end cap. The rear end cap supports a rear motor bearing that rotatably supports the output shaft at a rear end. A portion of the rear end cap resides within the rear opening to close the rear opening.
Hammer drill
In a hammer drill, a coil spring that urges a first clutch and a second clutch in directions away from each other is held between a first change plate that engages with the first clutch to be slidable in the axial direction of an intermediate shaft and a second change plate that engages with the second clutch to be slidable in the axial direction of the intermediate shaft. The first change plate is slidably guided by a gear housing.
Hand-held power tool comprising a percussion mechanism
A hand-held power tool includes a drive unit configured to drive an insertion tool in at least one non-percussive operating mode. The drive unit includes a percussion mechanism for percussive driving of the insertion tool in an associated percussion mode. The hand-held power tool further include a user guidance unit configured to be actuated by a user and a communication interface configured to communicate with the user guidance unit and to receive, from the user guidance unit, changeover instructions for changing over the drive unit between the at least one non-percussive operating mode and the associated percussion mode in an application-specific manner.
Power tool
A power tool includes a motor, a housing, a battery holder and a cushion. The battery holder is held by the housing to be movable at least in a first direction relative to the housing. The battery holder is configured to removably receive a battery for supplying electric power to the motor. The cushion is held by the housing such that the first direction intersects the cushion. When the battery is attached to the battery holder, the cushion is directly or indirectly disposed between the battery and the housing.
Hand-Held Power Tool
A hand-held power tool includes a housing in which a drive unit and an impact-mechanism unit are arranged. The hand-held power tool further includes a tool-receiver interface configured to releasably connect with a tool receiver, the tool receiver configured as a stirrer-basket receiver. A user interface is configured to set at least one of a rotary-hammer mode and a stirring mode for the hand-held power tool.
