Hammer
A hammer is provided that includes a handle, a head, a striking insert, and a claw. The hammer provides for a head with a keyed hole to couple to a keyed projection on a striking insert. The head also includes a dovetail projection that couples to the dovetail connection of the claw. Each component may comprise a different material. For example, the striking insert and the claw comprise one material, and the handle and the head comprise another material. In some embodiments, a slotted punch with a magnetic retainer creates a bore through the face of the head and the striking insert to support a fastener (e.g., a nail) within the head.
De-coring vibrator or pneumatic hammer for de-coring of foundry castings with back connectors
A hammer includes a jacket, which includes an inner chamber, an inlet circuit for entry of compressed air, and an outlet circuit for exit of compressed air. The hammer further includes a motion mechanism, for generating a vibratory motion under the action of compressed air; and a punch or beater, connected to the motion mechanism, for coming into contact with the casting to be de-cored, forming a first end of the hammer. The inlet circuit includes an inlet connector for connecting the hammer to a compressed-air circuit; the inlet connector being located at a second end of the hammer, opposite to the end where the punch or beater is located. The outlet circuit has an outlet connector for connecting the hammer to an air recovery circuit. The outlet connector is located at the second end of the hammer, in proximity to the inlet connector.
Impact mechanism device
An impact mechanism device for a hand power tool comprises at least one impact mechanism including at least one driven cylinder and at least one piston driven in an axial direction by the at least one driven cylinder via a cam mechanism, and at least one planetary gearing configured to drive the at least one driven cylinder and the at least one piston. The at least one piston is positioned at least partially inside the at least one driven cylinder.
De-coring vibrator or pneumatic hammer for de-coring of foundry castings with integrated sensor
A hammer includes a jacket having an inner chamber; an inlet circuit for the entry of compressed air, and an outlet circuit for the exit of compressed air. The hammer includes a motion mechanism, for generating vibratory motion under the action of compressed air; and a punch or beater, connected to the motion mechanism, for contacting the casting to be de-cored, forming a first end of the hammer. The hammer has a measurement circuit measuring the oscillation frequency of the motion circuit. The measurement circuit includes a sensor for measuring the oscillation frequency of the motion circuit; a processing circuit, enclosed in a protective casing, for receiving electric signals transmitted by the sensor, and a communication line for conducting electric signals from and/or to the measurement circuit. The jacket includes a housing formed in the outer surface of the jacket, such that it incorporating the measurement circuit protective casing.
Power tool
A power tool comprises a housing having at least two housing parts and at least one recess, a portion of the recess provided by each housing part, and a bearing located in the recess. The power tool includes a seal comprising an elongate seal member located between the housing parts to seal at least a portion of the housing. The seal includes at least one polymeric extension part extending from the elongate seal member and in contact with an external part of the bearing without extending around the bearing. The polymeric extension part of the seal prevents the external part of the bearing from rotating with respect to the housing during use of the power tool.
Hammer drill
A hammer drill comprising: a body; a motor mounted within the body; a transmission housing mounted within the body, a transmission mechanism mounted within the transmission housing which is capable of rotatably driving and/or repetitively striking a cutting tool held by the hammer drill in response to rotation of an output shaft of the motor; wherein the transmission housing comprises a pair of housing portions adapted to engage each other to support the component parts of the transmission mechanism within the transmission housing; wherein the first housing portion is made from metal and the second housing portion is made from a plastic material, each of the components of the transmission mechanism being supported jointly be the first and second housing portions.
DE-CORING VIBRATOR OR PNEUMATIC HAMMER FOR DE-CORING OF FOUNDRY CASTINGS WITH ALUMINIUM ALLOY JACKET
A pneumatic hammer or de-coring vibrator is for de-coring of foundry castings. The hammer includes a jacket, in turn having an inner chamber; an inlet circuit for the entry of compressed air, and an outlet circuit for the exit of compressed air. The hammer further includes a motion mechanism for generating vibratory motion under the action of compressed air.
