The elastic body is formed on the main-body housing and the handle housing by a double-layer molding, and is a part of a continuous resin cover covering surfaces of the main-body housing and the handle housing.

Power tool having a protective guard-bracket device for rechargeable batteries

A power tool, in particular a chipping hammer, containing a first and second side handle and a tool housing having an interface for releasably receiving and holding a first and second rechargeable battery, wherein a side-handle axis extending through the first and second side handles is arranged substantially perpendicularly to a working axis extending through the tool housing. The power tool contains a protective apparatus for protecting the first and second rechargeable batteries, the protective apparatus having an internal volume for at least partially receiving the first and second rechargeable batteries.

Power tool having a hammer mechanism and a cooling fan

A power tool includes a hammer mechanism, a brushless motor and a cooling fan. The brushless motor includes a rotary member having a motor shaft operably coupled to the hammer mechanism for linearly driving a tool accessory. The cooling fan has a first blade part and is configured to be rotated by the rotary member. The cooling fan includes a polymer portion, which forms at least a portion of the first blade part, and a metal portion disposed in or on the polymer portion. When viewed in a direction parallel to a rotational axis of the cooling fan, the metal member at least partially overlaps the first blade part in a radial direction of the cooling fan.

Electric hand-held power tool

An electric hand-held power tool, in particular a hammer drill and/or chipping hammer, having an electropneumatic impact mechanism which has a transmission housing, a guide tube arranged at least partially in the transmission housing, an exciter piston that is movable in an axial direction in the guide tube, a connecting rod coupled to the exciter piston, and an eccentric wheel which is coupled to the connecting rod on one side and is mounted so as to be rotatable with respect to the transmission housing via an end plate of the transmission housing on the other side, wherein the transmission housing is subdivided at least into a main shell and a cover shell separate from the main shell, such that the guide tube is braced against the main shell at least partially by the cover shell.

A power tool is less likely to generate noise. A power tool includes a housing, a field fixed to the housing and including a field coil, an armature rotatable relative to the field and including a commutator, two brushes that come in contact with the commutator, and a brush holder unit holding the two brushes. The brush holder unit includes two contact rails electrically connectable to the field coil, two first terminals that each come in contact with either of the two contact rails, two second terminals each electrically connectable to a corresponding brush of the two brushes, and a choke coil located between at least one of the two first terminals and at least one of the two second terminals.

Power tool having a hammer mechanism

A movable support at least partially supports a final output shaft and a driving mechanism, and is integrally movable relative to a housing in an axial direction of a driving axis. A biasing member biases the movable support toward a front side in the axial direction. A first guide shaft extends in the axial direction and slidably guides the movement of the movable support in the axial direction. At least one intermediate shaft rotates in response to rotation of a motor shaft and transmit power of the motor to the driving mechanism. At least one bearing supports an end portion of the at least one intermediate shaft is located in the front side in the axial direction. A single metal support is immovable relative to the housing and supports the at least one bearing. The single metal support has a first hole for partially receiving the first guide shaft.

ELECTRIC IMPACT HAMMER
