SYSTEM AND WORKSTATION FOR PERFORMING A TASK ON A WORKPIECE

Workstation for performing a task on a workpiece using a tool. Some implementations of the invention allow an adjustable shelf to be used to position a workpiece on the workstation. Some implementations of the invention include a support bar for partially supporting a tool as the task is performed on a workpiece coupled to the workstation. Some implementations of the invention allow a workpiece to be positioned at a reference location or orientation relative to the workstation. Some implementations of the invention allow a tool to perform an action based on determining the position of the tool relative to the workstation using computer vision techniques to analyze a feature of the workstation.

Support assembly, assembling tooling and assembling method

The present disclosure relates to a support assembly, an assembling tooling and an assembling method, wherein the support assembly includes: a fixing member extending in a first direction; a first hinge member, stacked on the fixing member on a second direction and connected to the fixing member; a support member, spaced apart from the first hinge member in the first direction, and stacked on the fixing member on the second direction and connected to the fixing member; wherein in the second direction, a height of the support member is higher than that of the first hinge member, the first hinge member is adapted to rotatably connect with the tower tube segment and serve as a rotation fulcrum of the tower tube segment, and the support member is adapted to support the tower tube segment to maintain a position of the tower tube segment relative to the first hinge member.

SAW SLIDE DEVICE

A sliding compound miter saw slide device allows a user to easily and accurately move a saw for proper alignment with a cutting material or workpiece. The sliding saw slide device integrates an adjustment or alignment mechanism configured to move an upper base portion of the saw base relative to a lower base portion of the saw base. In addition, a sliding saw stand allows a user to easily and accurately move a saw for proper alignment with a cutting material or workpiece. The sliding saw stand integrates an adjustment or alignment mechanism configured to move an upper miter saw mount member/plate relative to the saw stand base/base frame.
