A hand tool to cut and serve slices of a substantially flat food preparation with a curved perimeter edge, particularly a circular one (cake, quiche, tart, pizza). The hand tool includes a handle and a flat active part with a triangular shape with two sides having a common point opposite the handle and defining a pointed angular sector facing the third side of the triangle next to the handle. The active part includes radial segments configured to geometrically determine a given number of equal slices. The active part includes, on one of the lateral sides of the triangle, radial segments offset relative to each other and coplanar with the general plane of the active surface. Each segment is set at a distinct angle in relation to the median longitudinal axis of the hand tool running through the point of the triangle connecting the two lateral sides and through the handle.

A rotating blade food preparation device (10) for cutting, shaving, slicing, and peeling, vegetables and fruits, cheese, tofu, pizza, meats and other food products, includes a handle (12), a frame element (16) connected to the handle (12), and a rotating blade assembly (28) operably secured to the frame and having dual or multiple functionalities and interchangeability with other rotating blade assemblies.

A food cutting assembly includes an outer ring has a circular shape. The outer ring has an inner surface, an outer surface and a bottom edge comprising a blade. A pair of handles is attached to the outer surface. A plurality of cutting members is attached to and extending between the outer ring and an inner ring such that the inner ring is coaxial with the outer ring. Each of the cutting members has a lower edge comprising a blade. The lower edges of the cutting members and the bottom edge are co-planar. An intermediate ring has a first edge and a second edge positioned opposite of each other wherein the second edge is directed downwardly and comprises a blade. The intermediate ring is removably attached to the cutting members such that the second edge is co-planar with the lower edges.
