An apparatus for severing a workpiece having a cutting mechanism operable to cut the workpiece substantially along a selected course; drive mechanism operable to drive the cutting mechanism to cut the workpiece; a transport assembly operable to guide the workpiece in movement relative to a predetermined severing position and with respect to the cutting mechanism; and a frame mounting the cutting mechanism and transport assembly in predetermined relation to each other and relative to the severing position so that the drive mechanism is operable to drive the cutting mechanism to cut the workpiece in the severing position.
Cutting machine head and cutting machine thereof
A cutting machine head and a cutting machine are provided in the present invention. The cutting machine head includes a fixing plate, a cutter holder, a cutting component, a machine head lifting mechanism and a machine head rotating mechanism. The cutter holder is mounted on the fixing plate. The machine head lifting mechanism is connected to the cutter holder, and is used to drive the cutter holder to move up and down on the fixing plate. The cutting component includes at least two cutter head assemblies mounted on the cutter holder. The machine head rotating mechanism is connected to the cutter head assemblies for driving the cutter head assemblies to rotate. The rotating angle of each cutter head assembly of the cutting machine head can be controlled. The machine head rotating mechanism controls the cutter head assembly to rotate when the machine head is cutting, and the resulting cutting line has no flaws, which can ensure the integrity of the cutting pattern.
Cutting apparatus
A controller of a cutting apparatus specifies a target position of an attaching portion in a fifth direction and controls a second moving mechanism to move the attaching portion in a third direction. If the controller determines that the attaching portion has reached the target position, the controller executes cutting processing based on the obtained cutting data by controlling the second moving mechanism based on a pressure corresponding value achieved when the attaching portion is located at the target portion. If the controller determines that the pressure corresponding value has reached a pressure threshold, the controller executes the cutting processing by controlling the second moving mechanism based on the pressure corresponding value achieved when the attaching portion is located at a first particular position where the pressure corresponding value is equal to or lower than the pressure threshold value. The controller restarts controlling the second moving mechanism.

A cutting machine head and a cutting machine are provided in the present invention. The cutting machine head includes a fixing plate, a cutter holder, a cutting component, a machine head lifting mechanism and a machine head rotating mechanism. The cutter holder is mounted on the fixing plate. The machine head lifting mechanism is connected to the cutter holder, and is used to drive the cutter holder to move up and down on the fixing plate. The cutting component includes at least two cutter head assemblies mounted on the cutter holder. The machine head rotating mechanism is connected to the cutter head assemblies for driving the cutter head assemblies to rotate. The rotating angle of each cutter head assembly of the cutting machine head can be controlled. CUTTING APPARATUS

A conversion unit converting a first continuous web substrate (2) into a second substrate in the form of converted blanks of predetermined length (3). On account of cutting tool rotation speed, the web (2) moves at various speeds for cutting the web cut lengths and other aspects of cutting and transport process having a constant input speed. A speed of rotation (38, 41) of the second arrangement (17) varies during a cycle of rotation of the tools (13, 14) of the sheeter (12), comprising a phase at constant tangential speed (46), substantially equal to the speed of rotation of the tools (13, 14) of the sheeter (12), during which the cut is made, a speed reduction phase (43), during which a length of the web (2), dependent on the difference between the length of the blank (3) and an extension of the periphery of the tools (26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33), is kept upstream of the second arrangement (17), and a speed increase phase (44), during which the substrate (2, 3) is discharged downstream of the second arrangement (17).
