A track, configured for use with a saw having a blade, including a track body having a side surface, a blade guide, and a splinter strip. The blade guide has an inboard side and an opposite outboard side. The blade guide is movable relative to the side surface between an inboard position in which the inboard side of the blade guide abuts the side surface and an outboard position in which a gap is formed between the inboard side of the blade guide and the side surface. The splinter strip is coupled to the outboard side of the blade guide. The splinter strip is configured to contact the blade to inhibit splintering of a workpiece while being a cut by the blade and the saw is moved along the track body.

The at least one elongate rail is configured to engage a reciprocal channel in the power tool and limit lateral movement of the power tool in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the elongate body. At least one edge protector is connectable to an end of the elongate body. Wherein the elongate body comprises a first connecting rod channel and the at least one edge protector comprises a second connecting rod channel and the first and second connecting rod channels are configured to receive at least one connecting rod.
