Pallet forming concrete mold assembly
A pallet forming concrete mold assembly includes a bottom wall having a top side, a bottom side and a perimeter edge. The perimeter wall has a rectangular shape and the bottom wall has a length and width each is between 40.0 inches and 60.0 inches. A perimeter wall is attached to and extends upwardly from the perimeter edge. The perimeter wall includes a front wall, a rear wall, a first lateral wall and a second lateral wall. The top side of the bottom wall has a pair of raised sections extending from the front wall to the back wall. The raised sections form forklift slots in a concrete block formed by the bottom and perimeter walls. The raised sections are oriented parallel to each other.
Utility enclosure apron
Precast utility enclosure aprons for buried utility enclosures that have an angled top surface to direct water, ice and debris away from the center of the apron and to limit damage to the apron and utility enclosure caused by impacts to the apron.
Manufactured building panel assembly
A method of fabricating panels includes providing an insert having an interior portion with a top portion and a positioning stop opposite the top portion, and an exterior portion including a fastener hem. Further, the method includes placing the insert in a mold such that only the fastener hem and the positioning stop contact the mold and centering the insert in the mold with the top portion and the positioning stop. The method also includes filling the mold with a casting material such that the interior portion is submerged in the casting material including the top portion, but some of the positioning stop is not submerged in the casting material, curing the casting material to form a panel on the insert, and removing the panel form the mold.
Couplings for coupling pre-cast construction segments together and pre-cast construction segments having such couplings
Couplings for coupling pre-cast construction segments together and pre-cast construction segments having such couplings. A construction coupling for connecting prefabricated segments includes a pair of anchors. Each anchor includes a central portion and a pair of legs. The central portion defines an elongated bore. The pair of legs extending from opposite sides of the central portion. Each leg extending in a direction generally transverse to the elongated bore and having a proximal end attached to the central portion and a free distal portion disposed away from the central portion. The construction coupling also includes a pin adapted to be received in the elongated bores of the pair of the anchors to connect the pair of anchors together.
Concrete anchor coupling assembly and anchor rod holder
Concrete coupling assembly comprises a base holder for being attached to a concrete forming surface, the base holder including a central opening; a coupler having one end disposed within the central opening, the coupler having an axis for being positioned substantially transverse to the forming surface, the coupler having first and second threaded bores through the one end for attachment of a threaded rod; and a separate anchor body threadedly attached to another end of the coupler.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A CONCRETE WORKPIECE
The invention relates to a method for producing a concrete workpiece (1, 60), wherein fresh concrete is poured into a negative (35, 80) of the workpiece (1, 60), and the concrete at least partly hardens in the negative and is then removed. The invention is characterized in that a positive (5, 71) is produced from me concrete workpiece (1, 60) to be produced, the positive is arranged in a casting formwork (20, 70), and negative fresh concrete is then poured onto the positive. The negative fresh concrete is removed after being at least partly hardened (35, 80), and the concrete body produced in this manner is used as a negative (35, 80) in order to produce the workpiece (1, 60) therein using the fresh concrete poured into the negative (35, 80).

STRUCTURE-LINING APPARATUS WITH ADJUSTABLE WIDTH AND TOOL FOR SAME
A structure-lining apparatus for lining one or more surfaces of a structure formed from curable material cast in a form. The apparatus comprises a plurality of panels. The panels are connected at their respective edges in an edge-to-edge connection to provide a structure-lining surface. A plurality of anchoring components project from the panels into the liquid material during fabrication of the structure. The anchoring components each comprise one or more anchoring features which are encased in the material as the material solidifies to thereby bond the anchoring components to the structure. The plurality of anchoring components comprises one or more connector-type anchoring components for connecting to corresponding connector-type anchoring components on adjacent edges of a corresponding edge-adjacent panel to connect the edge-adjacent panels in an edge-adjacent relationship. The apparatus comprises one or more breakaway components on at least one of the plurality of panels.
