At least either one of the first head (32) and the second head (321) is provided with a gripping device (42, 421) for the slabs or parts thereof.
CUTTING ARM ASSEMBLY FOR TILE CUTTER
A cutting arm assembly used in a tile cutter is disclosed to include a swing arm pivotally connected with a bottom end thereof to a worktable and having first and second through holes disposed near an opposing top end thereof, a first supporting tube having one end thereof affixed to a saw-cutting device and an opposite end thereof fastened to the first through hole of the swing arm with a first mounting device set, and a second supporting tube having one end thereof affixed to the saw-cutting device and an opposite end thereof fastened to the second through hole of the swing arm with a second mounting device set. Thus, the cutting arm assembly has a simple structure capable of providing excellent support to the saw-cutting device and facilitating installation and maintenance.
FOLDABLE WATER TRAY FOR TILE CUTTER
A foldable water tray used in a tile cutter includes a water tank having a water chamber, a first tray movable in and out of the water chamber of the water tank between an application position and a storage position, and a second tray pivotally connected to the first tray and biasable relative to the first tray between an extended position where the second tray defines with the first tray a predetermined contained angle and a collapsed position where the second tray covers the first tray and can be moved with the first tray between the application position and the storage position.
TABLE JOINING MECHANISM
A tile saw including a saw unit having a motor and a saw blade, and a base supporting the saw unit above the base, where the base is fixed relative to the saw unit. A carriage is supported by the base. The carriage is translatable relative to the base and the saw unit, where the carriage is translatable along a first plane. The tile saw further includes a table for supporting a work piece to be cut by the saw blade. The table is translatable relative to the base and the saw unit, where the table is translatable along a second plane. The second plane is parallel to the first plane. The table is selectively translatable relative to the carriage.
TILE SAW
A cutting device including a stand and a saw supported by the stand. The saw includes a motor and a blade rotatably driven by the motor. A pair of rails is supported by the stand. A tray is configured to support an object to be cut on an upper surface and including a roller assembly on a lower surface. The tray is slidable along the pair of rails towards and away from the blade. At least one of the rails is disposed over a basin configured to hold water.
TILE SAW WITH RETRACTABLE WATER TANK
A tile saw with retractable water tank suitable for being detachably installed in a supporting unit is disclosed to include a base unit including a seat body and a water tank, a connecting unit, and a saw unit. The water tank has a tank bottom, a surrounding portion made of a soft material and a hard portion, and is operable to move relative to the seat body between an enlarged state and a reduced state. When the tile saw with retractable water tank is not in use, the base unit can be unloaded from the supporting unit to shorten the storage height to facilitate handling, and the water tank can be operated into the reduced state to reduce the height of the base unit. And reduce the storage volume.
TILE CUTTER WITH WATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY
A tile cutter with water control assembly includes a base, a work platform slidably set on the base along a front-rear direction, a sawing device including a saw blade seat installed in the base and a saw blade installed in the saw blade seat oriented for cutting along the front-rear direction, and a water control assembly including a body unit arranged on the saw blade seat and defining a water inlet and an accommodating space communicating with the water inlet, a water outlet unit arranged on the body unit and communicating with the accommodating space, and a body unit arranged at a first control unit of the body unit. An inlet water flow enters the accommodating space through the water inlet, and then flows out through the water outlet unit to form an outlet water flow spraying on the saw blade. The first control unit is used to regulate one of the size and position of the outlet water flow.
Foldable tile saw
A foldable tile saw suitable includes a base unit including a seat body and a water tank, a connecting unit including a connecting arm having a first section and a second section, and a saw unit including a saw blade seat and a saw blade. The connecting arm can rotate between an approaching position and a distant position relative to the water tank around a first axial line to generate positioning. The saw blade seat has a connecting portion and a cutting portion. The saw blade seat can rotate between a cutting position and a folded position around a second axial line relative to the water tank and generate positioning. As long as the connecting arm is rotated to the approaching position, and the saw blade seat is rotated to the folded position, the cutting portion can be approached to the water tank, so the storage space can be effectively reduced.
WORKTABLE ASSEMBLY FOR TILE CUTTER
A worktable assembly for tile cutter includes a first table having a first surface and a slot recessed on the first surface and extending along a processing axis, and a second table installed in the first table and including a main body and an insertion member protruding from the main body along the processing axis and extending into the slot and having an insertion surface flush with the first surface. The second table can move relative to the first table along the processing axis, so that the main body is close to or far from the first table. The present invention provides better support through the cooperation of the slot and the insertion member and helps prevent the tile from breaking during processing.
TILE CUTTER WITH WATER GUIDING DEVICE
A tile cutter with water guiding device includes a base, a work platform slidably set on the base along a front-rear direction and including a top bearing surface for placing the tiles and an accommodating slot set from the top bearing surface toward a bottom surface, a sawing device including a saw blade seat installed in the base and a saw blade installed in the saw blade seat and aligned with the accommodating slot, and a water guiding device detachably installed in the accommodating slot and including two connecting plates spaced apart along a left-right direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction, a plurality of baffle plates arranged at intervals along the front-rear direction and respectively connected to the connecting plates and a plurality of water guide holes defined by a spacing of the connecting plates and the baffle plates. These baffle plates can block the cooling water and prevent splashing, so as to keep the workplace clean.
