The rubber powder and softener which were preliminarily mixed are compacted and added into first counter rotating twin screw extruder through thermal insulation and metering apparatus, the softener permeates the waste rubber powder uniformly under the action of temperature in the extruder to finish primary desulfurization of rubber waste powder; add preliminary devulcanized material continuously into second multi screw extruder after cooling by transformation device, rapid desulfurization and regeneration can be achieved by means of activator and shear action; The desulfurized rubber powder is cooled and transported into the third multi-screw extruder in series, the performance of deprocessing can be improved by shear action under low temperature; After extrusion, the recycled rubber is obtained by molding device and cooling device. The whole process is completed under closed oxygen isolation condition, realizing safe, simple and continuous desulfurization regeneration. OUTPUT MECHANISM OF A MIXER WITH CONVERGING CONICAL TWIN SCREWS
A mixing and extrusion machine (10) for the manufacture of rubber mixtures includes a mixer with a converging conical twin-screw (12) with a fixed frame (14) that supports sleeves (16). Two screws (18), being mounted at an angle, are mounted in the mixer (12) in such a way as to move in translational movement between an opening (22) arranged upstream and an outlet (25) arranged downstream of the sleeves. The screws are mounted in the sleeves with removable doors including sliding shutters (40) installed relative to the outlet (25). The sliding shutters move linearly between a closed position, in which the sliding shutters prevent the mixer from discharging the mixture, and an open position, in which the sliding shutters prevent discharge of the mixture through the sides of two counter-rotating rollers (32) of a roller nose type system located just downstream of the outlet.

The system also includes a cooling system with a spray installation(s) (102, 104) that delivers water at a predetermined rate to the sheet exiting the machine; a suction installation(s) proportionate to each spray installation; and at least one transport means (114, 116) that transports the sheet in a predetermined direction.

A mixing and extrusion machine (10) has a converging conical twin-screw mixer (12) with a fixed frame (14) that supports sleeves (16) in which two screws (18) are mounted at an angle between an opening (22) arranged upstream of the sleeves, where an introduction hopper (24) of the machine (10) feeds the screws, and an outlet (25) arranged downstream of the sleeves, where the mixer discharges the mixture at the end of a mixing cycle. At least one mobile sleeve (34) is disposed towards the outlet, each mobile sleeve with a support surface (34a) of a predetermined surface area (34a) according to an elasticity of the mixture, and each mobile sleeve having one or more mobile elements that move by a linear movement with respect to the outlet in order to adjust a predetermined space between the sleeves and the screws.

The element for co-rotating twin screw extruder comprises of a continuous flight helically formed thereon having a lead ‘L’, wherein either the flight transforms at least once from an integer lobe flight into a non-integer lobe flight in a fraction of the lead ‘L’ and transforms back to an integer lobe flight in a fraction of the lead ‘L’ or the flight transforms at least once from a non-integer lobe flight into an integer lobe flight in a fraction of the lead ‘L’ and transforms back to a non-integer lobe flight in a fraction of the lead ‘L’.
