HEAT-RESISTANT RELEASE SHEET AND THERMOCOMPRESSION BONDING METHOD
The heat-resistant release sheet of the present disclosure is a sheet including a sheet made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or a modified PTFE, wherein the sheet is disposed between a compression bonding target and a thermocompression head at the time of thermocompression-bonding the compression bonding target by the thermocompression head to prevent fixation between the compression bonding target and the thermocompression head, and the content of a tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) unit in the modified PTFE is 99 mass % or more. The heat-resistant release sheet of the present disclosure can more reliably meet a demand for a shorter time (work time) required for thermocompression bonding.
Pouch Forming Apparatus and Method
The present invention relates to a pouch forming apparatus comprising: a die, in which forming grooves are formed with a partition wall therebetween; and a punch member provided with a punch, which is configured to be inserted into each of the forming grooves to press the pouch film to form a pair of accommodation grooves in the pouch film, wherein the forming groove comprises a vertical space disposed above a forming groove bottom part connected to the partition wall and an inclined space connected to the vertical space and formed by providing an inner wall facing the partition wall, the inner wall defining an inclined surface .
LIGHT PLASTIC DENSIFIER
In general, this disclosure relates to an apparatus that compresses lightweight plastic waste (e.g., used grocery bags, empty trash bags, food wrappers, etc.), and then applies a limited amount of heat to “bake” the compressed plastic into a “brick” of plastic. The plastic is compressed, and then heated enough to cause it to retain its compressed shape, without melting or substantial outgassing.
COMPRESSION MOLDING DEVICE
A compression molding device, which can obtain a high compression molding force without lowering the efficiency of article production, and whose molding means has a long service life, is provided. In the compression molding device, a one-side mold assembly moving means (58) includes a toggle link mechanism including two links (62) and (64), and a toggle link mechanism operating means (60), while an opposite-side mold assembly moving means (108) includes a hydraulic cylinder mechanism. When a one-side mold assembly (16) and an opposite-side mold assembly (18) are to be brought from an open state into a closed state, the one-side mold assembly (16) is first moved to a nearly closed state by the one-side mold assembly moving means (58), and then the opposite-side mold assembly (18) is moved from the nearly closed state to the closed state by the opposite-side mold assembly moving means (108).
FORMING METHOD OF A PVB FILM FOR HUD
A PVB film for HUD, a forming mold and a forming method thereof are presented. The accuracy error of HUD imaging achieved by the PVB film for HUD is ±0.1 mrad. The forming mold includes an upper mold and a lower mold, the two of which can form an enclosed mold cavity when clamped together, wherein protective films are disposed on inner surfaces of the upper mold and the lower mold, respectively, for supporting PVB material and preventing the PVB material from bonding with the upper mold and the lower mold, and wherein shapes of the protective films match shapes of the upper mold and the lower mold.
WRINKLE-PREVENTING BOARD USED FOR PRESS DEVICE
A wrinkle removal plate can maintain manufacturing accuracy while significantly reducing costs. A wrinkle removal plate for use in a press machine that molds a workpiece into a drawn product having a desired shape by press molding that uses a pair of molds comprising a first mold provided with a cavity and a second mold provided with a core, wherein the wrinkle removal plate is positioned at corner parts, which are to be drawn, of the opposing surfaces of the cavity and core, and is formed from a plurality of wrinkle removal parts that each have arms extending in two directions along the outer periphery of the corner parts.
Press assembly having a press tool
A press tool for a press assembly includes an additive manufactured body including a plurality of stacked layers of additive manufacturable material extending between an interior side and an exterior side. The interior side has a part forming surface including a surface profile for forming a part. The exterior side has a plurality of hollow cores defined by longitudinal walls and lateral walls meeting at joints. Press inserts are coupled to the longitudinal walls and the lateral walls at the exterior side. The press inserts are configured to be pressed inward by a pressing load during a pressing operation for forming the part. The press inserts distribute the pressing load along the longitudinal and lateral walls.
METHOD FOR PREPARING ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE COMPOSITE MATERIALS
The present invention provides a method for preparing an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) composite material including the following steps: providing a substrate material having medical grade ultra high molecular weight polyethylene powders, drying the substrate material to obtain fully dried UHMWPE powders, and pressing the fully dried UHMWPE powders to form a UHMWPE board; immersing the UHMWPE board into a graphene oxide solution and performing an ultrasonic induction by an ultrasonic processor such that the graphene oxide solution infiltrates into the UHMWPE substrate to obtain an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene composite material with excellent biocompatibility and tribological properties. The graphene oxide can be adsorbed and evenly spread on the surface of UHMWPE substrate by ultrasonic induction to form a lurbricating film which can effectively reduce wear.
FOLDED PANEL, METHOD OF MAKING SAME AND PRODUCTS MADE FROM ONE OR MORE SUCH FOLDED PANELS
A folded panel includes a fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) substrate with an outer layer secured to and at least partially covering one major surface thereof and a polymer matrix covering an opposite major surface thereof. In one embodiment, the FRP substrate is folded about a fold line to create opposed plies on either side of the fold line with the polymer matrix of one of the opposed plies contacting the polymer matrix of the other of the opposed plies and with the outer layer forming a folded edge at the fold line that is continuous with the outer layer covering the opposed plies, and the folded FRP substrate is then consolidated with the polymer matrix at a consolidation temperature that is between an activation temperature of the polymer matrix and a melting temperature of the outer layer.
Forming method of a PVB film for HUD
