HOLLOW-BODY MOLDING DEVICE
A hollow body molding device forming a hollow molded body in a main cavity of a mold having in its one end a pressure port including a floating core by injecting molten resin through an injection gate into the main cavity having an outlet, and then pressure-injecting pressurized fluid through the pressure port into the main cavity to move the core toward the outlet through the resin injected into the main cavity to extrude the resin through the outlet and discharge it into a waste cavity, the device having: a floating core accommodating portion located between the outlet and a communication passage leading to the waste cavity and adjoins the main cavity and accommodates the core moved to the outlet by the fluid, in the device, a floating core accommodating portion inside diameter is smaller than a main cavity outlet diameter and is larger than a floating core outside diameter.
Hook and loop fastener connector
A hook-and-loop fastener connector having a plurality of hooks (7) arranged on a base plate (16). The hooks (7) exhibit a hook foot (8) and a hook head (9). The hook foot (8) and hook head (9) are arranged within one plane. The plane (10) and the base plate (16) are angled to each other at an angle (ß) greater than 90°.
INFLATION NEEDLE, ITS MOLD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
An inflation needle, its mold and method of manufacturing same are provided. The inflation needle (10) includes a hollow cylindrical probe (12); a hollow conic base (14) disposed at one end of the hollow cylindrical probe (12); a hollow externally threaded member (16) projected out of the hollow conic base (14), the hollow externally threaded member (16) being distal the hollow cylindrical probe (12) and communicating therewith; and a plurality of handles (18) disposed on an outer surface of the hollow conic base (14).
MOULD FOR INJECTION MOULDING MADE BY ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
A mould for injection moulding is provided which has a mould body having a plurality of boundary surfaces, the plurality of boundary surfaces having at least one moulding surface configured to delimit a mould cavity. The mould body is made by additive manufacturing. The mould body has a functional domain portion on which the plurality of boundary surfaces and the moulding surface are formed, the functional domain portion being composed of a solid, continuous material structure covering a fraction of the mould body, and an application domain portion which is the complement of the functional domain portion in the mould body, the application domain portion being composed of a three-dimensional material lattice structure having an ordered repetition of unit cells including a periodic minimal surface. The at least one geometrical parameter of the periodic minimal surface is tuned locally to form unit cells with different densities of material.
MOULD FOR INJECTION MOULDING MADE BY ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
A mould for injection moulding is provided which has a mould body having a plurality of boundary surfaces, the plurality of boundary surfaces having at least one moulding surface configured to delimit a mould cavity. The mould body is made by additive manufacturing. A discharge member used for discharging contents accommodated in a container includes: an attachment part to be attached to the container; and a tubular part that is formed into a tubular shape, through which the contents from the container pass, the tubular part being provided with a tubular member in which a functional resin layer is disposed as an intermediate layer inside in a radial direction. The functional resin layer provided to the tubular member is disposed closer to the outer circumferential surface among the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the tubular member.

A mold cavity which is a mold die includes a die body and a plating layer provided on the surface of a mold surface. In this case, the mold surface has a leather-grain transfer surface for forming a grain pattern. The leather-grain transfer surface includes a first uneven-shape part and a second uneven-shape part formed at the surface of the first uneven-shape part and smaller in an uneven-shape width than the first uneven-shape part. The uneven-shape width falls within a range of 10 μm or more and less than 500 μm. The plating layer is an electroless-plating layer. A thickness of at least part of the plating layer falls within a range of 0.1 μm or more and less than 10 μm.

A mold cavity which is a mold die includes a die body and a plating layer provided on the surface of a mold surface. In this case, the mold surface has a leather-grain transfer surface for forming a grain pattern. The leather-grain transfer surface includes a first uneven-shape part and a second uneven-shape part formed at the surface of the first uneven-shape part and smaller in an uneven-shape width than the first uneven-shape part. The uneven-shape width falls within a range of 10 μm or more and less than 500 μm. The plating layer is an electroless-plating layer. A thickness of at least part of the plating layer falls within a range of 0.1 μm or more and less than 10 μm.

A dialyzer housing manufacturing system includes a molding device configured to mold a dialyzer housing, and a tool coupled to a robotic arm and configured to retrieve the dialyzer housing from the molding device after the dialyzer housing is molded.
