MALE ELEMENT OF A MOULD
A male element (100) of a mould (10) for the compression moulding of a parison comprises: a die (110), extending along a longitudinal axis (A) and including a body (112) having, inside it, a longitudinal cavity (113) 5 extending along the longitudinal axis (A) and, at one end of it, a socket (111) in communication with the longitudinal cavity (113); a stretching rod (120), slidably inserted in the longitudinal cavity (113) and including a terminal portion (121) at one end of it, the stretching rod (120) being movable relative to the die (110) between a retracted position, in which the 10 terminal portion (121) is housed inside the socket (111), and an extracted position, in which the terminal portion (121) is extracted from the socket (111).
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN OPTIMIZED NECK CONTOUR ON PREFORMS
A method and device for producing an optimized neck contour on preforms below the neck which is optimal for subsequent stretch blow molding. The geometry has a significantly thinner wall thickness than the neck itself. The preform can only be produced in the injection molding tool, when axial channels are used on the point or the vanes produce the thin points on the preform during injection molding. The thin-walled geometry on the preform can be produced outside of the mold during post-cooling by embossing. The preform is then removed in a cooled receiving sleeve and is cooled in the body by intensive contact cooling while no cooling contact is made with the preform neck due to the initial position of the embossing element. Due to the reheating of the neck they can be mechanically deformed into a new geometry advantageous for blow molding and thus wall thickness can be influenced.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN CONTAINER
A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container, the manufacturing apparatus includes an injection molding part, a temperature adjustment part, a blow molding part, a take-out part, and a rotation plate. The temperature adjustment part includes a first temperature adjustment mold into which the preform is inserted, the first temperature adjustment mold being configured to cool the preform from an outer surface of the preform, a second temperature adjustment mold into which the preform is inserted, the second temperature adjustment mold being configured to cool the preform from an inner surface of the preform, and wherein, in the temperature adjustment part, the preform is cooled so that at least the outer surface temperature of the preform is lowered within a temperature range from 10? C. to 50? C. as compared to the outer surface temperature of the preform when the preform is carried into the temperature adjustment part.

Production device and production method for resin containers
A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container including an injection molding part configured to injection-mold a preform, and a temperature adjustment part configured to adjust a temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part. The manufacturing apparatus is configured to blow-mold the preform whose temperature has been adjusted in the temperature adjustment part. The injection molding part includes an injection core mold and an injection cavity mold, and both the injection core mold and the injection cavity mold include a flow path connected to a chiller in which coolant is configured to flow to cool the preform such that the preform is inserted into the temperature adjustment part in a state where an outer surface temperature of the preform is higher than a glass transition temperature of a material constituting the preform by 30? C. or higher and 60? C. or lower.
Method and apparatus for producing resin container
A method of producing a resin container includes injection-molding a resin intermediate molded body of bottomed cylindrical shape as a first injection-molding, injection-molding a resin material outside the intermediate molded body as a second injection-molding, to produce a multilayer preform in which a resin layer is layered on an outer peripheral side of the intermediate molded body, and blow-molding the preform in a state of containing residual heat from injection-molding to produce a resin container having a bottom portion thicker in wall thickness than a body portion. A portion of the inner peripheral side of the intermediate molded body, the portion reaching a bottom portion of the intermediate molded body, has a tapered region in which the wall thickness increases toward the bottom portion.
