The method for producing a container consisting of a rigid outer container and a deformable inner bag. A first screw conveyor supplies a first thermoplastic plastics material for the outer container and at least a second and a third screw conveyor supplies at least a second and a third thermoplastic plastics material for the inner bag to an extruder which coextrudes a parison consisting of at least the first, second and third layers. The parison is inflated by a pressure medium to bring it into contact with the wall of the blow mould, where excess material below the welded seam is cut off and the container is removed from the blow mould. The second thermoplastic plastics material forming the outer layer of the inner bag consists of a material which, in the hardened state, has a rough surface having microscopically small elevations and depressions.

A production apparatus of a two-layer preform including an inner layer preform and an outer layer preform includes: an outer layer cavity mold for injection-molding the outer layer preform. A bottom surface of the outer layer cavity mold is provided with a protrusion for separating the inner layer preform disposed in the outer layer cavity mold from the bottom surface.

An assembled preform (1) is provided for the making of a blown container, comprising a first external preform body (10) which comprises a neck part (2) which has an external region (4) which includes a threaded region (5) and an internal surface (3), and a second internal preform (11) which is suitable to be completely contained within said first external preform body (10), said second internal preform (11) having a neck region (12) suitable to cooperate with said neck internal surface (3) of said first external preform (10), the preform being characterized in that said neck region (12) of said second internal preform (11) comprises locking means (13,14) integrally obtained on the material of said second preform (11) and suitable for cooperating by blocked interference with said internal region (3) of the neck part (2) of said external preform (10) when said second internal preform (11) is inserted in said first external preform (10).

In a manufacturing method for a delamination container, in a first injection molding, a first recess portion is formed by a first protrusion portion in at least part of a first layer. In a second injection molding, a second recess portion which penetrates the first layer and through which a surface of a second layer is exposed is formed in a preform by inserting a second protrusion portion into the first recess portion. During a blow molding, the second recess portion is stretched to form an air introduction hole in an outer layer of the delamination container.

The invention is an integrally blow-moulded bag-in-container and preform and a method for making it. The bag-in-container has an inner layer forming the bag and an outer layer forming the container, and a mouth fluidly connecting the volume defined by the bag to the atmosphere. The container further has at least one interface vent fluidly connecting the interface between inner and outer layers to the atmosphere, wherein the at least one vent runs parallel to the interface between inner and outer layers and opens to the atmosphere at a location adjacent to, and oriented coaxially with the bag-in-container's mouth. Processes for manufacturing a preform and a bag-in-container as defined above are defined too.

A preform, a synthetic resin container, and a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin container in which an air passage leading from an ambient air introduction hole to a trunk can be easily preserved. In the mouth, the inner body includes a large-diameter portion provided at an upper end thereof, and a small-diameter portion continuously extending below the large-diameter portion via a connecting portion. An apparatus for making a capsule provided with a body containing a filtering element suitable for receiving a product for preparing a beverage, including: one forming mold including a lower half mold wherein a plurality of cavities is obtained and an upper half mold provided with a plurality of stretching elements, one for each cavity, movable in one direction, a supplying means that is movable in one advancement direction that is perpendicular to the direction, to supply simultaneously to the forming mold and to keep taut a first film of thermoplastic material and a second film of filtering material, a pre-heating device for pre-heating at least the first film of thermoplastic material before it is supplied to the forming mold.

In a manufacturing method for a delamination method, in a second injection molding including forming a second layer on an inner peripheral side of a first layer of a preform having a bottomed cylindrical shape, a second resin material is guided from an opening portion formed in the first layer toward the inner peripheral side of the first layer, and a locking portion protruding from the opening portion toward an outer peripheral side of the first layer is integrally formed with the second layer.
