An eartip, mold device for manufacturing the eartip, and method of manufacturing the eartip are introduced, characterized by forming an upper bevel-portion with upper and lower molds of a first mold unit, placing the upper bevel-portion in an upper bevel receiving cavity of a second mold unit, forming a lower bevel-portion with a lower bevel cavity, and joining the upper and lower bevel-portions to form an eartip. The top of the lower hollow-cored guiding tube extends to form a buffer portion which connects and communicates with the upper hollow-cored guiding tube. The upper and lower bevel-portions are made of silicone of different rigidity. The upper bevel-portion thus made is soft enough to reach a user's ear canal deeply. The lower bevel-portion thus made is rigid enough to close the ear canal. An annular buffer cavity is inwardly, concavely formed at the bottom of the lower bevel cavity.

An outer cover for an electronic device, such as a portable electronic device, is disclosed. Since portable electronic devices are often portable, they can be damaged, such as scratched, dented, broken, and the like, when transported or used. The outer cover can serve to provide a protective member over part of the housing for the electronic device. The protective member, when placed on the portable electronic device can serve to reduce damage to sides of the portable electronic device. While the outer cover can provide side and/or edge protection, the outer cover need not also provide front or rear protection.

A rotary injection mold for an elastic housing of a neckband headset includes an upper mold core and a lower mold core, the lower mold core is provided with a main installation cavity and a control end installation cavity, the main installation cavity is installed with a rotary mold core having two half-ring molding channels. When the upper mold core and the lower mold core are closed, a primary injection cavity is formed, for molding a supporting member supporting a neckband; a secondary injection cavity is formed, for molding a strip member wrapping the neckband. The control end installation cavity is provided with two control end injection molds for molding a control end elastic casing, and the control end injection cavities are hermetically communicated with the secondary injection cavity. By the invention, an integrated elastic housing is molded to wrap the neckband headset, to improve the manufacturing efficiency.
