A therapeutic, fitness, and sports enhancement device which includes a cylindrically shaped body having a predetermined density and predetermined diameter, the body including a plurality of projections of a predetermined shape. One or more of the predetermined density and the predetermined diameter in combination with the predetermined shape of the projections optimize mobilization of soft tissue structures of the human body.

Method and apparatus for extrusion of thermoplastic handrail

A method and apparatus for extrusion of an article is provided. A die assembly can apply flows of thermoplastic material to an array of reinforcing cables to form a composite extrusion. A slider fabric can be bonded to one side of the composite extrusion. After exiting the die assembly, the slider fabric can act to support the extrudate as it passes along an elongate mandrel, which can cause the base of the slider fabric to change shape from a flat profile to the final internal profile of the article. The extruded article can then be cooled to solidify the material. The die can include cooling for the slider fabric and means for promoting penetration of the thermoplastic into reinforcing cables.

MOLDABLE HAND GRIPS FOR FIREARMS

Disclosed are various embodiments of holders configured to couple to moldable hand grips for firearms and at least partially submerge the hand grips in heated water baths. According to various embodiments, a holder can include a non-moldable body that is configured to couple to a moldable hand grip. The holder can further include a non-moldable user handle extending from the body.

Multi-polymer grip member
10780452 · 2020-09-22 ·

A grip member and a method of making such a grip member including at least a polymerized region with two or more polymers. The first and second polymers cooperate to each form a portion of the top surface of the region. The region may be combined with a substrate to form a sheet. The sheet may be formed into a grip interface having any of a number of shapes including a panel shape. In the case of a panel shaped grip interface, the panel can then be attached to an underlisting sleeve to form the grip. Some versions of such a grip reduce impact shock and provide a feeling of tackiness in the manner of a spirally wrapped polyurethane-felt grip while allowing the use of multiple colors being polymerized together. The grip may be easily installed onto a golf club shaft and may further accommodate the use of polymers including various different characteristics including level of tackiness or durometer.

STRETCH-BLOWN PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A HANDLE REGION MADE INTEGRAL AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION FOR THE PLASTIC CONTAINER

A mold includes a link member including a protruding grip forming part configured to form a grip part to a portion of a container by pressurizing a portion of a preform that is expanded during blow molding; and a piston member configured to move forward toward a cavity to thus press and rotate the link member. The grip forming part has: a pressurizing surface configured to pressurize the portion of the preform; and a contact surface configured to come into contact with the piston member, wherein the piston member has a pressing surface that comes into contact with the contact surface and presses the grip forming part toward an inside of the cavity when moving the pressurizing surface, and wherein the pressurizing surface is arranged at an opposite side of the contact surface of the grip forming part with respect to a moving direction of the piston member.

Mold of in-mold molding and ejecting mechanism thereof

A mold includes a fixed mold, a fixture, a movable mold and an ejecting mechanism including a fixture thimble, a nozzle thimble, an auxiliary thimble, an elastic member and a top plate located in ejecting space and having a limit cavity. The nozzle thimble is extended to the molding cavity, and the auxiliary thimble is adjacent to the nozzle thimble. A first end of the fixture thimble is assembled in the limit cavity, and a second end of the fixture thimble is extended to the slider. The elastic member urges the top plate to slide towards a demolding direction. Due to the elastic member, the top plate obtains an elastic force to drive the nozzle thimble and the auxiliary thimble to retreat and separate from the long handle thereby providing a clearance for removing the fixture together with the product and avoiding scratching the product.

Cushioned grip

A cushioned article includes a cage and a compressible material. The cage has at least one opening, an interior volume, and an outer surface. The at least one opening provides a passage from the outer surface to the interior volume. The compressible material extends through the at least one opening in the cage. A method for manufacturing a cushioned article includes providing a mold having at least one cavity, placing a cage within the mold, and injecting a compressible material into an interior of the cage. The cage includes at least one opening. A portion of the compressible material flows through the at least one opening in the cage and fills the at least one cavity of the mold. One or more shields may be connected to the cage before injection. The shields may be removed with the cage and heat treated with the shields still connected to the cage.
