DRY GRANULATOR
A dry granulator includes a rack, a feeding device mounted on the rack, and a slip roller device. The feeding device includes a vertical feeding screw, a buffer hopper, a stirring paddle, a horizontal feeding screw, and two drive assemblies. The drive assembly includes a drive motor and a drive shaft. The slip roller device includes a servo motor, a trapezoidal screw, a primary slip roller assembly and a secondary slip roller. The primary slip roller assembly includes a support frame, and a primary slip roller. A guide rail is arranged between the servo motor and the secondary slip roller. The support frame is provided with a screw hole. A coupling member is arranged between the output shaft of the drive motor and the drive shaft. The coupling member includes a reserved space. The horizontal feeding screw and the vertical feeding screw are drivingly provided with a transmission member, respectively.
PRESSURE GRANULATION MACHINE FOR MOLDED PRODUCTS
To provide a pressure granulation machine that is not equipped with a mechanism for extruding products, that has a simple structure to reclaim products, and that has a high degree of cleanliness. The pressure granulation machine 1 manufactures molded products 120 by granulating material 110 by compressing it by means of a pair of pressing rolls, which rotate. It comprises a first pressing roll 10 of the pair of the pressing rolls, on the outer surface 16 of which concavities 12 for molding are formed, a second pressing roll 20 of the pair of the pressing rolls that rotates faster than the first pressing roll does, and a first suctioning device 50 that suctions the molded products that have been formed by granulating the material by pressing it in the concavities for molding to rip off the molded products from the concavities for molding.
Pelleting device
A pelleting device, designed as a field-guided stalk-crop harvesting machine for connection to a tractor and a chopper, wherein a diesel engine drives a current generator and an annular die press, configured such that chopped stalk material passes into a drying chamber and is propelled via a screw conveyor into the die press, wherein the annular die of the die press is mounted in ring bearings on a base, on which a pair of pivot levers for a pan grinder roller is also hinged.
Manure pellets, and process and equipment for making the same
A pellet made of dried, unfermented livestock manure has N, P and K values in the range of N: 3 to 7 g/kg, as ammoniac and organic nitrogen, P: 2 to 6 g/kg as phosphorus pentoxide and K: 2 to 6 g/kg as potassium oxide (g/kg). The pellet has a hardness exceeding 10 kg and has a shell composed of manure-base lignin. A press roll, including a hollow rotatable drum with a perforated screen, may be used in combination with an endless belt and a scraper to produce the pellet.

Apparatus for producing CO2 pellets from CO2 snow and cleaning device
The invention relates to an apparatus for producing CO.sub.2 pellets from CO.sub.2 snow, in particular, for a cleaning device for spraying surfaces to be treated with a mixed stream of a pressurized gas and CO.sub.2 pellets, includes a compressor device for compressing CO.sub.2 snow to form CO.sub.2 pellets. The compressor device includes a gear compressor. The gear compressor includes at least one compressor wheel which is mounted rotatable about a first rotation axis and has a plurality of compressing elements, and includes at least one intake wheel which has a plurality of snow intakes for accepting CO.sub.2 snow. The snow intakes are configured corresponding to the compressing elements. The intake wheel is mounted rotatable about a second rotation axis and cooperates with the at least one compressor wheel. The intake wheel includes an intake wheel sleeve with an intake wheel sleeve wall.
Apparatus for compacting fibrous plant material, especially for compacting stalk material
An apparatus for pelletizing renewable raw materials, such as stalk material, having a feeding device for feeding the materials to be pelletized and having at least one press drum pair that is settable into opposite rotational movements, wherein the feeding device has a drivable conveyor belt which conveys the material to be compressed into the region of a feed hopper between the press drum pair, and which wraps around one of the two press drums regionally over an angle of at least 20 in order to form a precompaction region, and wherein the precompaction region has a constant width with respect to its length, said width corresponding more or less to the width of the press drums.

An apparatus for compacting stalk material, having a feeding device for feeding material to be pressed, having at least one pair of press drums which can be driven in opposite directions and which each have circumferential receiving grooves and compression rings in an alternate manner alongside one another in the axial direction, wherein the compression rings of one press drum engage in the receiving grooves of the other press drum, wherein at least one press drum is provided with a cavity and wherein this at least one press drum has a multiplicity of radially extending press channels in a manner distributed over the circumference, said press channels in each case connecting the groove bottom of the receiving grooves to the cavity, provision is made for the compression rings to have a circumferential profile having protrusions formed for example by radially external teeth having tooth tips.

An apparatus for compacting stalk material, having a feeding device for feeding material to be pressed, having at least one pair of press drums which can be driven in opposite directions and which each have circumferential receiving grooves and compression rings in an alternate manner alongside one another in the axial direction, wherein the compression rings of one press drum engage in the receiving grooves of the other press drum, wherein at least one press drum is provided with a cavity and wherein this at least one press drum has a multiplicity of radially extending press channels in a manner distributed over the circumference, said press channels in each case connecting the groove bottom of the receiving grooves to the cavity, provision is made for the compression rings to have a circumferential profile having protrusions formed for example by radially external teeth having tooth tips.
