LAMINATED FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Provided is a laminated film for easy material recycling and with excellent rigidity and thermal shrinkage resistance. The laminated film includes, in sequence, a layer A containing an ethylene polymer (A) containing 80 mol % or more of a structural unit derived from ethylene, a layer B containing an ethylene polymer (B) containing 70 mol % or more of a structural unit derived from ethylene and an inorganic filler, a layer C containing an ethylene polymer (C) containing 70 mol % or more of a structural unit derived from ethylene, at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a barrier layer and an adhesive layer, and a layer D containing an ethylene polymer (D) containing 70 mol % or more of a structural unit derived from ethylene.
HALOGEN-FREE AND PHOSPHORUS-FREE SILICONE RESIN COMPOSITION, PREPREG, LAMINATE BOARD, COPPER-CLAD PLATE USING THE SAME, AND PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
Provided are a halogen-free phosphorus-free silicon resin composition, and prepreg and laminated board using the same, and printed circuit board, the silicon resin composition comprising the following components in parts by solid weight: 50-90 parts of an organic silicon resin, 20-80 parts of a vinyl-terminated silicon oil, 0.1-5 parts of a viscosity enhancing agent, 0-60 parts of a filler, 0.0001-0.5 parts of a catalyst, and 0.00001-0.1 parts of an inhibitor, a mole ratio between Si—H in a cross-linking agent and Si-Vi in the organic silicon resin being 1.0-1.7. The resin body of the resin composition is a thermosetting silicon resin, and the laminated board prepared thereby has good heat and flame resistance and an extremely low dielectric constant (Dk) and dielectric loss (Df).

It is an object of the invention to provide a heat-resistant vacuum insulation panel having two heat-resistant protective layers to improve fire protection, in particular at locations of the vacuum insulation panel subject to mechanical stress.

A resin composition is provided. The resin composition comprises: (A) a compound having a structure of formula (I), ##STR00001## wherein R.sub.1 is an organic group; and (B) a vinyl-containing elastomer, wherein the weight ratio of the compound having the structure of formula (I) to the vinyl-containing elastomer is 20:1 to 1:1.

Provided is a tire that prevents a polyurethane foam layer from discoloring to brown. A tire comprises: a polyurethane foam layer laminated on an outer layer of the tire with a barrier layer therebetween, wherein the polyurethane foam layer contains a polyurethane foam, and the barrier layer is formed from a rubber composition containing butyl rubber as a rubber component.
LIGHTNING STRIKE PROTECTION SURFACER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A thermoplastic surfacer for providing lightning strike protection to a composite component of an aircraft, methods of manufacturing the surfacer, and methods of applying the surfacer to a composite part. The thermoplastic surfacer includes a broadgood having an amorphous thermoplastic resin, one or more fillers embedded into the broadgood, and a lightning strike protection mesh or foil embedded into the broadgood. When applying the surfacer to a composite part of an aircraft, the method includes draping the surfacer on an at least partially unconsolidated composite part, consolidating the at least partially unconsolidated composite part by heating the part to a temperature at or above a melt temperature of a resins used in the part and in the surfacer, and filling at least one surface defect in the consolidated part using the amorphous thermoplastic polymer resin and milled fibers provided in the thermoplastic surfacer.
Breathable Barrier Laminate
A barrier laminate suitable for use in the construction of chemically protective garments is provided. The barrier laminate includes a nonwoven layer bonded to a breathable microporous film layer. Methods of forming a barrier laminate are also provided.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF PREPARATION THEREOF
Low combustibility thermal insulation and methods of use and preparation thereof are described herein. The low combustibility thermal insulation may include a foam composite comprising a polymer material and a fire retardant component disposed in and/or adjacent to the polymer material; and a first controlled combustion layer adjacent to a first surface of the foam composite, wherein the foam composite and first controlled combustion layer are configured to control combustion of the insulation such that a total heat generated in a period of 10 minutes by the panel is equal to or less than 8 MJ/m.sup.2, as measured according to ISO 5660-1, and wherein a thermal conductivity of the insulation is equal to or less than 0.050 W/m K.
APPLIANCE LINER HAVING NATURAL FIBERS
A household appliance liner includes a first polymeric capping layer and a polymeric base layer. The first polymeric capping layer includes a first pigment additive. The polymeric base layer is coupled to the first polymeric capping layer. The polymeric base layer includes one or more polymers, a second pigment additive, and a natural fiber. The natural fiber can be present at a concentration of at least 50% by weight of the polymeric base layer. Methods of producing the household appliance liner are also disclosed.

A resin composition is provided. The resin composition comprises: (A) a compound having a structure of formula (I),
