Provided is a method for making a porous graphene layer of a thickness of less than 100 nm, including the following steps: providing a catalytically active substrate, said catalytically active substrate on its surface being provided with a plurality of catalytically inactive domains having a size essentially corresponding to the size of the pores in the resultant porous graphene layer; and chemical vapour deposition and formation of the porous graphene layer on the surface of the catalytically active substrate;. The catalytically active substrate is a copper-nickel alloy substrate with a copper content in the range of 98 to less than 99.96% by weight and a nickel content in the range of more than 0.04-2% by weight, the copper and nickel contents complementing to 100% by weight of the catalytically active substrate.
SPUNBOND NON-WOVEN FABRIC, FILTER LAMINATED FILTER MATERIAL, FILTER MATERIAL FOR PLEATED FILTER FOR DUST COLLECTOR, PLEATED FILTER FOR DUST COLLECTOR, AND MEDIUM AIR VOLUME PULSE-JET TYPE DUST COLLECTOR
A spunbond non-woven fabric includes a nonbonded projected part and a bonded recessed part. Bending resistance in a machine direction of the spunbond non-woven fabric is 20 mN or more and 40 mN or less, and in a non-woven fabric cross-section, a thickness from one surface to another surface of the projected part is determined to be t.sub.A, a thickness from one surface to another surface of the recessed part is determined to be t.sub.B, and respective distances from one surface of the projected part to one surface of the recessed part are determined to be t.sub.C and to (t.sub.C<t.sub.D), and the spunbond non-woven fabric has a relation represented by formulas (1) and (2) below:
0.5≤1−t.sub.B/t.sub.A<1.0 (1)
0.35<t.sub.C/t.sub.D<0.65 (2).
Wet sheet for cleaning
A wet sheet for cleaning includes multiple layers and is impregnated with a chemical solution. The wet sheet includes hydrophobic fiber layers arranged in a front surface layer and a back surface layer, and a hydrophilic fiber layer arranged in an intermediate layer. The hydrophobic fiber layers have an interlaced part with a high fiber density where the hydrophobic fiber layers are interlaced with the hydrophilic fiber layer. The interlaced part has at least one slightly interlaced part and at least one highly interlaced part which is formed in a dent shape and which is interlaced with a higher fiber density. The highly interlaced part is formed in an area ratio of 10 to 20% to an area of the front surface layer or the back surface layer. Static friction resistance of the wet sheet for cleaning is lower than kinetic friction resistance of the wet sheet for cleaning.
HUMIDITY AND SAG RESISTANT BUILDING PANEL
Described herein is a stain and sag resistant acoustic building panel comprising a porous body formed from building material and latex binder, wherein the building material may include fibers and filler and at one of the building materials has been pre-treated with a charge-modifying component, thereby enhancing the sag-resistance of the building panel.
Easy-to-clean protective film and substrate assembly
The present utility model provides an easy-to-clean protective film, which belongs to the technical field of protective films for vehicles and other vehicles, and can solve the problems that lasting scratches are easily caused to the existing vehicle coatings and surface stains are not easy to clean. The easy-to-clean protective film provided by the present utility model comprises a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bottom film and an easy-to-clean layer consisting of silicon dioxide particles, wherein the water contact angle of the easy-to-clean layer is small and thus the adhesive force of dust and oil stains can be reduced. After the surface of the easy-to-clean layer is contaminated by dust and oil stains, the dust and oil stains can be easily cleaned with a simple cleaning. The easy-to-clean protective film provided by the present utility model is suitable for use as protective coatings of various substrates, especially for attachment to the body surfaces of vehicles such as automobiles.
Bonding dissimilar polymer networks in various manufacturing processes
A polymer composite of dissimilar polymers covalently bonded at the interface is disclosed. A method for bonding dissimilar polymers includes providing a first precursor to a hydrogel polymer network comprising a first coupling agent; providing a second precursor to a second polymer network comprising a second coupling agent, wherein the hydrogel polymer network and the second polymer network are different; initiating polymerization of the first precursor to form a hydrogel polymer network, wherein the first coupling agent is incorporated into the polymer network with a negligible amount of condensation; initiating polymerization of the second precursor to form a second polymer network, wherein the second coupling agent is incorporated into the second polymer network with a negligible amount of condensation; contacting one of the first hydrogel precursor or the hydrogel polymer network with one of the second polymer precursor or second polymer networks and initiating condensation between the first and second coupling agents to form a covalent bond.
