Direct Write Three-Dimensional Printing of Aligned Composite Materials

An apparatus and method for producing a composite part, such as a reinforced composite part, are provided that enable control over the fiber or other particle orientation within each layer of the part during manufacture. The apparatus and method employ a print head including a dispensing tip and a magnetic assembly controllable to apply a magnetic field at a print location adjacent the dispensing tip outlet.

The present disclosure provides a printing apparatus. The printing apparatus includes a light-emitting device, a reflector, and a light-sensing device. The light-emitting device emits printing light. The reflector is at least partially located in an irradiation region of the printing light, and has a surface reflecting the printing light at different positions to generate reflected light having different exit directions. The light-sensing device includes a light-sensing surface. The light-sensing surface is at least partially located in an irradiation region of the reflected light and senses the reflected light to generate a plurality of continuously-distributed light spots on the light-sensing surface with any adjacent light spots equally spaced apart.

An ink jet recording method includes forming an under layer by applying an active energy ray curable first ink composition which contains a metallic pigment to a printing medium, forming an intermediate layer by applying an active energy ray curable second ink composition to the under layer, and forming a first image by applying the first ink composition to the intermediate layer. In addition, it is possible to include irradiating of active energy rays onto the under layer before the forming of the intermediate layer, irradiating of active energy rays onto the intermediate layer before the forming of the first image, and irradiating of active energy rays onto the first image after the forming of the first image.

A process for producing biotech adapters includes ionization of inks that are later used to print on any of a multitude of surfaces while under the influence of specialized electromagnetic radiation, thereby such printing creates the missing frequency that will complete the man-made frequency thus obtaining a bio compatible frequency known to be beneficial to the health of the user. For example, the process is used to print a biotech adapter having an adhesive backing. The biotech adapter is then attached (e.g. by the adhesive) to the user's electronic device (e.g., cellular phone), preferably at a location where such harmful radio waves are emitted in the direction of the user's head. The biotech adapter reacts to the harmful radio waves, completing the missing radio waves by emitting radio waves that are known to be beneficial to humans.
