Thread plug gauge with maintenance line, thread ring gauge, and method of manufacturing the same
A thread gauge, which allows to reliably know the time for replacement by visual checking and improves the predetermined dimensional accuracy of a thread product has a go-side thread measuring portion extending from one side of a shank portion coaxially with the shank portion or a not-go-side thread measuring portion extending from an other side of the shank portion coaxially with the shank portion, a wear checking gauge line having a predetermined length and a predetermined depth formed on male thread portions and female thread portions formed on the go-side thread measuring portion or the not-go-side thread measuring portion.
Forming hidden patterns in porous substrates
The present invention concerns a method for manufacturing patterned porous substrates with hidden color patterns by forming hydrophobic patterns on a hydrophilic surface, wherein structural channels are formed as a pattern in a porous substrate using a hydrophobic printing solution lacking colorant, and wherein a colored area is applied on the rear surface of the porous substrate. Further, the present invention concerns said patterned porous substrate and a method for bringing said pattern into a visible state.
Cationic electrodeposition coating composition and coated article
The present invention provides a cationic electrodeposition coating composition comprising: a specific amino group-containing modified epoxy resin (A); a blocked polyisocyanate curing agent (B); a water-soluble zirconium compound (C); and sulfamic acid, wherein the water-soluble zirconium compound (C) is present in an amount of 10 to 10,000 ppm, calculated as the mass of the elemental zirconium, relative to the mass of the cationic electrodeposition coating composition.
Method of Digitally Printing and a Digital Printing Apparatus
In the method of digitally printing an image onto a substrate, a liquid toner dispersion including toner particles in a substantially non-polar carrier liquid is applied to the substrate as a plurality of droplets and in accordance with a pattern, said pattern being based on the image to be printed. The liquid toner dispersion is thereafter splitted into a first and a second layer, which first layer is rich in toner particles and located adjacent to the first surface, which second layer is rich in carrier liquid. At least part of the second layer is removed by means of a liquid removal device; and the compacted toner particles is fused to obtain the image.
