Merchandising Ornament
The present disclosure provides a merchandising ornament. The merchandising ornament includes a stone at least semitransparent, a near-field communication (NFC) chip, an upper decal, and a lower covering. NFC chip is coupled to the stone and configured to store touchpoint information to transfer to a receiving device. The stone includes a generally planar base. The upper decal has a top face and a bottom face with the top face bearing a design and being adhered to at least a portion of the planar base of the stone. The design on the front face is visible through the stone. The lower covering has a top face and a bottom face with the top face of the lower covering being adhered to the bottom face of the upper decal such that the near-field communication chip is secured and concealed between the upper decal and the lower covering.
Messaging device
A messaging device having an exterior surface and at least one messaging cube with a plurality of rotatable exposed faces is disclosed. The exterior surface is adapted to receive at least one viewable message and the plurality of light output messaging that is controlled by a remote control device. The plurality of rotatable exposed faces is adapted to receive at least one viewable message for attachment thereon.
GREETING CARD FOR AUTOMATED PRINTING
This application is related to a greeting card that is conducive to automated printing, as well as methods and systems for printing on the greeting card. For example, the greeting card can include a three-dimensional (3D) card element that is containable, when the card is being printed, between a first panel of the greeting card and a protective panel of the greeting card. In addition, the greeting card can include a second panel for receiving a printed graphic (e.g., text, letters, numbers, pictures, symbols, etc.).
Multi-purpose absorbent card
The technology disclosed herein relates to a card having a liquid absorptive sponge cloth forming a first panel and a second panel. A fold line is defined between the first panel and the second panel. A printed communication is on a first surface of the first panel. The sponge cloth is semi-rigid when substantially dry and is non-rigid upon saturation with liquid water. The sponge cloth has a maximum tensile strength of at least 2.66 lbs./in when wet.

The following invention represents a postcard, comprising a laminar body adapted to be decorated externally with at least one predefined illustration. Said body has an opening for access to an internal recess, said opening is normally closed by a removable cover. The recess accommodates at least one seed and a substrate, and that at least one seed is arranged on the top of the substrate and directed toward said opening, for the sprouting of a plant after the removal of the cover and the addition of water into the recess. The seed is normally being retained on the top of said substrate by a laminar containment element, which is made of water-soluble material and is interposed between the substrate and the cover.
Combination Greeting Card
The present invention discloses a greeting card having at least two surfaces and at least three edges, the greeting card comprising an intrinsically valuable base material comprising titanium or a titanium alloy and one or more gemstones embedded on one or more of the surfaces or edges; wherein the greeting card has a thickness of between about 1.0 mm and about 1.5 mm, a first dimension between about 70 mm and about 90 mm, and a second dimension between about 50 mm and about 60 mm; and further wherein the greeting card depicts one or more of a letter, number, symbol, artistic design, image, or message.
Greeting article
A decorative greeting article comprising a sheet of paper having a written inscription inscribed upon its center portion, readable in an unrolled position, and formable into a rolled cylinder having a hollow interior and an opening in a rolled position. The opening of the cylinder can receive a decorative member which can be a natural or an artificial flower or a bouquet of flowers or other novelty item, and a stem part that extends into the hollow interior of the cylinder. A securing means, optionally decorative, including an adhesive surface, releasably secures the sheet of paper in the rolled, cylinder position. A user can grasp and pull a pull tab to release the securing means from the cylinder, releasing the sheet to be unrolled and viewed by the user.

Secure diamond smart cards and exchange systems therefor
A tamperproof diamond package comprises a package body; at least one chip embedded in the package body and at least one antenna configured to enable communication with the chip; anti-counterfeiting visual impressions on the package body; a diamond pouch formed at a predetermined section within the package body; and one or more diamonds located inside the diamond pouch and an outer covering encasing the package body and configured to reveal any tampering with the one or more diamonds located in the diamond pouch. The diamond package can be credit card shaped and also contains serial number and website information and be provided in nominal dollar values. An associated diamond exchange system utilizes the diamond packages and provides a registration server which stores unique identifying information that enable interrogating the individual diamond packages and checking their authenticity with the registration server.
