A writing instrument comprising a housing extending in a longitudinal direction and having a radial direction, and first and second concentric writing tips, the second writing tip arranged around the first writing tip, each writing tip received in the housing and able to assume an operating configuration, the housing comprising, at a longitudinal end, a deformable nose at least in the radial direction, the deformable nose comprising at least one slit extending in the longitudinal direction, the deformable nose not being deformed when only the first writing tip is in an operating configuration and the deformable nose being deformed when the second writing tip is in an operating configuration, the deformable nose comprising an exit opening of the first and second writing tips, the diameter of the exit opening being greater than the diameter of the first writing tip and less than that of the second writing tip.

Provided is a writing tool with an anti-drying device, comprising a pen holder (110), a pen tip (1) arranged in the pen holder (110), an ink cartridge (130) and a pressing rod (150). The writing tool with the anti-drying device further comprises an anti-drying device (200), wherein the anti-drying device (200) comprises a switch sleeve (210), a lifting cap (220), a tapping spring (214), a rotatable sealing cap (230), a sealing pad (240) and a support spring (244). The switch sleeve (210) is inserted in the pen holder (110), an elastic part (211) is respectively arranged on each of the two sides of the upper end of the switch sleeve (210), the switch sleeve (210) is further provided with a lifting groove (212) extending to be distributed on the elastic part (211), a rotating groove (213) is arranged on the side of the lower end of the switch sleeve (210); the lifting cap (220) is inserted in the switch cover (210), a support protrusion (221) is respectively arranged on each of the two sides of the upper end of the lifting cap (220), and the rotatable sealing cap (230) is used for turning so as to open or close an access hole (241).

The present invention includes a shaft cylinder having an opening at a front end thereof, a tip holder movable in an axial direction of the shaft cylinder, a tip projectable and retractable in conjunction with a movement of the tip holder, an annular member fitted on the tip holder and axially movable, and an elastic member connecting the tip holder and the annular member so that they are movable relatively to each other. A capless, retractable, writing instrument consisting of two distinct actions, one to extend the ink cartridge tip for writing and another distinct action to retract the ink cartridge tip. The writing instrument includes a plunger which is pressed to push the ink cartridge tip outside the body of the pen and a side mounted button retains the extended ink cartridge while writing. The side mounted button is pressed to retract the ink cartridge tip inside the body of the pen for safe storage. The writing instrument contains easily manufactured components.

A single-use surgical marking pen assembly is disclosed. The assembly comprises a housing configured to at least partially receive an elongated member having a first end and a second end. The first end is attached to an ink cartridge terminating in an ink tip while the second end is engaged with a stopper. A plunger end is configured to selectively retract the ink tip into the interior cavity of the housing via the elongated member. A circumferential band is configured to releasably engage with a cap configured to conceal the ink tip when engaged with the circumferential band. A stoppage is positioned on an interior surface of the housing to restrict the movement of the stopper, the restricted movement of the stopper prohibits the extension of the ink tip.

Disclosed is a knock-type pen, which includes: a housing having a -shaped guide groove formed at a top end thereof; a pen seam accommodated in the housing; a pressing member having a moving protrusion provided at a lower end thereof and movably inserted into the guide groove; a rotating member rotatably coupled to an outer circumference of the top end of the housing and having a l-shaped slide groove into which an end of the moving protrusion inserted into the guide groove is movably inserted; and a knock unit disposed between the pressing member and the pen seam and configured to allow an end of the pen seam to move in and out at a lower end of the housing when the pressing member is pressed.
