METHOD OF PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURAL SURFACES
The invention relates to a method of producing three-dimensional structural surfaces based on synthetic resin-impregnated materials applied to the surface, in particular of wood-based panels. The method is characterized in that before the impregnation, at the stage of pattern printing, a mixture is applied to the decor paper, consisting of printing ink, whether with pigment or not, and a swelling agent in the form of microspheres, being encapsulated gas bubbles of sizes ranging from 2 pm to 180 pm, increasing its volume under the influence of rising temperature, wherein the mixture of the ink and the swelling agent contains from 0.3% to 45% by weight of the swelling agent, and after exiting the printing press and after the impregnation, the decor paper with the formed final pattern with a coded three-dimensional structure is pressed onto the surface, in particular of a wood-based panel, using a heated press plate with any working surface.
Method for manufacturing panels having a decorative surface
Method for manufacturing panels having a decorative surface, wherein the panels at least comprise a substrate and a top layer, wherein the top layer comprises a paper layer having a printed pattern, and wherein the method at least comprises the step of providing the paper layer with thermosetting resin and the step of providing the resin provided paper layer with at least a portion of the printed pattern, wherein for providing the portion of the printed pattern use is made of pigment containing inks deposited on the paper layer by means of a digital inkjet printer, and wherein the dry weight of the total volume of the pigment containing inks deposited on the paper layer is lower than 9 grams per square meter, wherein for the pigment containing ink use is made of a water-based ink.
Method for producing a material plate provided with a decorative layer
Provided is a method for producing a wood based board including a support board and a decor paper disposed on the support board. The method includes the steps of a) providing a support board, b) applying at least one layer of at least one impregnating resin onto the at least one side of the support board, c) providing the decor paper, d) applying at least one resin as impregnating agent onto the side of the decor paper opposite from the decor, and e) placing the decor paper with the side impregnated opposite from the decor onto the side of the support board provided with the impregnating resin.
Floor panel, as well as method, device and accessories for manufacturing such floor panel
A floor panel has two pairs of opposite edges so at least at one pair of opposite edges the floor panel is provided with coupling parts formed in one piece with a substrate of the floor panel. A relief is provided at least with a plurality of embossments in a synthetic transparent material of a top layer of the floor panel. The embossments are performed deeper than the synthetic transparent material, and the printed decor and an underlying layer of the substrate are embossed. The underside of the substrate is undeformed.
Decorative panel
The present invention relates to a decorative panel, comprising a core layer provided with a decor layer, the décor layer comprising a substrate layer provided with at least one coating, wherein within the decorative panel at least one light source is located. The present invention furthermore relates to the use of such a decorative panel in furniture, in exterior walls and facades and in interior decoration.
TRANSPARENT RESIN FILM, DECORATIVE BOARD, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE BOARD
The present invention provides a transparent resin film excellent in weather resistance even in a case where a pattern of protrusions and depressions is formed on the surface for the purpose of imparting excellent design properties, a decorative board including the transparent resin film, and a method for producing the decorative board. Provided is a transparent resin film for protecting a picture layer on one side of a substrate, including at least: a surface protective layer; and a transparent resin layer, laminated on each other, the transparent resin film having a pattern of protrusions and depressions on a surface protective layer side, the transparent resin film having a thickness at a depression of the pattern of protrusions and depressions of 100 μm or larger, the transparent resin film containing an ultraviolet absorber.
Process and device for the production of layered materials with synchronous-pore effect
Disclosed is a process for the production of synchronous-pore layered materials. Also disclosed is a device for the conduct of the process. In further aspects, the invention relates to layered materials which can be produced by the process, and also to wood-composite boards equipped with the layered materials produced by the process of the invention.
DECORATIVE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The present invention provides a decorative material having a stereoscopic visual effect and a better feel. A decorative material comprising at least a base material, comprising a first region and a second region within a plane of the decorative material when seen in planar view, wherein the first region includes a peelable ink decoration layer disposed on the base material and a first recess formed immediately above the peelable ink decoration layer, and the second region includes a second recess deeper than the first recess.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PANELS HAVING A DECORATIVE SURFACE
A method is provided for manufacturing a printed paper layer. The method may involve providing the paper layer with a printed pattern. Providing the printed pattern may involve depositing water based inks using a digital inkjet printer. The water based inks may be pigment containing inks. The dry weight of the deposited pigment containing inks may be lower than 9 grams per square meter. The paper layer may include an inkjet receiver coating, such that the inks are deposited on the inkjet receiver coating. The inks may be of at least four colors including black, cyan, red, and yellow.
Method for manufacturing panels having a decorative surface
Panels having a decorative surface may include a plate shaped substrate and a top layer, and the top layer may include a paper layer having a printed pattern. A method for manufacturing such panels may involve providing the paper layer with a treatment, including providing the paper layer with an ink receiving substance. The treated paper layer may be provided with at least a portion of the printed pattern by depositing pigment containing inks using a digital inkjet printer of a single pass type. The printed pattern may have a definition of at least 200 dpi. The pigment containing inks may be water-based. The printed pattern may be a wood pattern. The pigment containing inks may include colored pigments and may comprise up to 8 different colors, including brownish and/or reddish colors. The digital inkjet printer may include print heads with nozzles for firing droplets of pigment containing inks onto the treated paper layer. The paper layer may be fed from a roll, printed upon, and rolled back up again. The paper layer, while printing, may be flexible and may be attached to the plate shaped substrate after printing. A layer of thermosetting resin may be applied above the paper layer and the printed pattern. Providing the layer of thermosetting resin may involve a press treatment.
