A valve core includes: a core body screwed with a female screw part of a core mounting hole and formed of a seal ring, and a support base including a male screw part and a sleeve part; a shaft part penetrating through the support base; a valve body provided at a tip of the shaft part; an overhang part provided at the sleeve part so as to laterally overhang from a basal end of the sleeve part; a plate part provided at the support base so as to project to a basal end side from the basal end of the sleeve part and having a pair of flat tool abutting surfaces; and a shaft receiving hole penetrating through the plate part. The seal ring has a shape of a ring whose cross-sectional shape is quadrangular and the overhang part and the seal ring abut on each other by their surfaces.

Integrated-sensor valve apparatus

An assembly (8) for a central tire inflation system includes a housing having a first end and a second end. The housing defines a fluid conduit disposed through the first and second ends. The assembly also includes one or more sensors (205, 210) having a portion disposed in the fluid conduit. Further, a power source (245) is in electrical communication with the sensor. The assembly additionally includes a kinetic energy device (220) in electrical communication with the power source. The kinetic energy device may comprise a magnet (255) sliding on a guide (265). As an alternative, the kinetic energy device may comprise a turbine (275).

PNEUMATIC CHUCK INCLUDING VALVE CORE INTERFACE

An air chuck includes a body and a valve core interface. The body includes output, interface, and input ports. The body defines a first passageway that extends between the output and interface ports. The input port defines a second passageway that is in fluid communication with the first passageway. The valve core interface is slidably coupled with the body and is slidable between extended and retracted positions. The valve core interface includes a shaft and a knob. The shaft includes proximal and distal ends. The distal end is at least partially disposed in the first passageway. The knob is coupled with the proximal end of the shaft. The shaft is rotatably coupled with the body and is selectively rotatable in either tightening or loosening directions via the knob. The distal end of the shaft comprises a grasping feature that is configured to grasp a valve core of a valve stem.

Automatic pressure valve for inflation / deflation of a pneumatic arrangement

An Automatic pressure valve for the inflation-deflation of pneumatic arrangements comprises a main body (102) with an inlet connector (103) communicated with a pressurized air supply network an outlet connector connected to a pneumatic arrangement and a mechanical means which allows for a total or partial air passage or blockage to perform inflation-deflation operations of the pneumatic arrangement in a faster and practical way. The mechanical means comprises a main movable plunger (116) having an inner stepped through channel (117), a spring (120) arranged on a seat (121) defined in the inner stepped channel (117), an inflation plunger (122) operatively retained by said spring (120), a proximal movable end (126) within a first inner chamber (105), a reduced middle section (119), and a distal movable end (128) having a smaller diameter than the proximal end (126) and arranged within a second inner chamber (106).

A tire valve assembly is disclosed. The tire valve assembly includes a gas nozzle structure, a movable rod, an air pipe, an elastic close contact pad, a screw nut, an elastic O-ring and a dust cap. The tire valve assembly can use a punched hole on the end of the movable rod to receive the tire repair liquid flowing into the air pipe. Take out the movable rod during maintenance to remove the tire repair liquid in the punched hole. When the movable rod is reinstalled in the air pipe, the tire repair liquid remaining on the inner wall of the air pipe will also be squeezed out of the air pipe. With this, the tire repair liquid will no longer block the tire valve assembly.

Inflation system for tubeless tires

An inflation system for tubeless bicycle tires may include a valve, a sealant canister, a pump head, and/or a valve core adapter. The valve, sealant canister, and pump head may collectively facilitate sealant injection into a tire by a user. The valve has an external valve seat, and includes a valve body, a valve stem extending through the length of the valve body, and a retaining mechanism for the valve stem disposed interior to the valve body. The valve stem is configured to move relative to the valve body, such that a resilient seating surface disposed at a proximal end of the valve stem is displaced relative to a valve seat formed by an exterior surface of a proximal end of the valve body.

A pressurizable adapter of bicycle valve can be used for a tubeless bicycle tire and contains: a receiving tube, a valve core and a valve cap. The receiving tube includes an internal screw portion, an air outlet, a first connecting part, an air inlet, at least one sealing ring and a connecting section. The valve core used is a standardized valve core. The valve core is housed in the connecting section of the receiving tube, the second connecting section of the valve core is connected to the first end of the receiving tube, and the second connecting portion of the valve core is in contact with the first connecting portion of the receiving tube, so that a closing effect is achieved. The valve cap contains a third connecting portion configured to connect to the first connecting portion and covers the air inlet of the receiving tube.
