Air ride coupler for trailer tongue
The present invention is directed to an trailer coupling assembly for connection to a trailer tongue. The trailer coupling assembly includes an attachment bracket configured to attach to a trailer tongue. A trailer coupler, which is configured to attach to a tow ball, is pivotally connected to the attachment bracket. The pivotal connection allows movement between the trailer coupler and the tongue of the trailer. An absorber further connects to the attachment bracket and the pivotally connected trailer coupler. The absorber dampens movement between the trailer tongue (e.g., attachment bracket) and the trailer coupler.
Multiple Hitch Assembly
A height adjustable multiple hitch assembly including a shank hitch channel platform and a tow mount member with a base block configured for squared alignment within the channel having opposed flanges with aligned pairs of side holes, the block blasé having a plurality of through holes for engaged coupling with corresponding aligned side holes by a fastening member to thereby reduce the movement between the hitch platform and tow mount member that may be enhanced by a dampener member attached to a rear planar surface of the block base or a recessed column of the channel member.
TRACTION SADDLE AND TRACTION PIN
A traction saddle disposed on a tractor for connection with a traction pin of a trailer, is provided. The traction saddle includes a base, a gear set, and a damper. A gear carrier of the gear set fixes axial centers of the planetary gears of the gear set, the planetary gears are meshed with an inner ring gear of the gear set, and the inner ring gear is fixed to the base. The gear carrier is used for fixing the traction pin to rotate with the traction pin. The planetary gears are meshed with one end of a sun gear of the gear set to drive the sun gear to rotate, and the damper is connected to the other end of the sun gear to apply resistance to rotation of the sun gear. In addition, a traction pin, a tractor, a trailer, and a truck are also provided.
Shock absorbing pin box system
A shock absorbing pin box system includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall, an upper wall, a lower wall, and a kingpin. The first sidewall defines at least a first plurality of apertures arranged in first column, and the second sidewall defines at least a second plurality of apertures arranged in a second column. A plurality of tubes extend from each of the first plurality of apertures and the second plurality of apertures. A plurality of flexible and resilient tubular bushings are received in a corresponding one of the plurality of tubes. A plurality of bolts are received within corresponding ones of the pluralities of apertures of the pin box and the plurality of tubes.
Towing device with damping function
The present disclosure belongs to a towing device with a damping function. The towing device includes a towing main body and a towing assembly mounted on the towing main body; the towing main body includes a towing cantilever and a vertical adjustment arm arranged at an end part of the towing cantilever; one end of the towing cantilever is connected to the vertical adjustment arm, and the other end is provided with several fixing holes; the towing cantilever is fixed, through fixing pins, on a fixed seat pre-arranged at a rear end of a towing vehicle; a cushion is sleeved on the towing cantilever. The cushion fills a gap between the tightening screw and the fixed seat, and an activity space where the fixing pins are threaded into the fixing holes is also greatly narrowed; the axial movement of the towing cantilever after the mounting is restrained.
TOWING DEVICE WITH DAMPING FUNCTION
The present disclosure belongs to a towing device with a damping function. The towing device includes a towing main body and a towing assembly mounted on the towing main body; the towing main body includes a towing cantilever and a vertical adjustment arm arranged at an end part of the towing cantilever; one end of the towing cantilever is connected to the vertical adjustment arm, and the other end is provided with several fixing holes; the towing cantilever is fixed, through fixing pins, on a fixed seat pre-arranged at a rear end of a towing vehicle; a cushion is sleeved on the towing cantilever. Impact compactor
An impact compactor including a first part including at least one non-round compactor drum rotatably mounted; and a second part connected, and movable relative, to the first part. The impact compactor includes a damping arrangement connected between the first and second parts and configured to provide a damping function for movement between the first and second parts. The damping arrangement includes an outer tubular member defining a non-circular inner channel/passage; a non-circular inner shaft member defining a first axis of rotation and is positioned, at least partially, in the channel/passage; and at least one wedge formation between the shaft member and the tubular member. The wedge formation is at least partially resiliently deformable and configured to resist/oppose rotation between the shaft member and the tubular member about the first axis of rotation. One member is connected to the first part, while the other member is connected to the second part.
Trailered recreation cart
A cart assembly adapted for manual, bicycle and/or motorized vehicle towing. Multiple frame sections are coupled to pivot between completely collapsed, partially open and completely open positions to facilitate, travel, storage and sleeping. A pair of axle plates support primary wheels to the framework and a drive axle between adjacent cross-brace arms. A handle frame section, saddle arms, truss arms, resilient spreader arms, auxiliary caster wheel, battery powered electric drive motor(s), fabric cover and/or hard cover mount to the framework. A resilient, reciprocating shock absorbing tow bar or tongue arm assembly provides flexibly resilient pieces to absorb travel shock between the cart and tow vehicle.
Pin box assembly with gooseneck coupler
A pin box assembly with gooseneck coupler for coupling a towed vehicle to a towing vehicle is described. The pin box assembly may include a first member capable of being secured to a towed vehicle and a second member pivotally coupled to the first member about an axis of rotation relative to the first member. The pin box assembly may further include a gooseneck ball coupler coupled to the second member, and a suspension system coupled to at least one of the first and second members, the suspension system damping motion between the first and second members.
VIBRATION AND LOAD TRAILER DAMPENING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a trailer dampening system for dampening during variable road conditions experienced during long hours of travel. Secondly, the trailer dampening system encompasses a universal design that will allow for easy installation and application to multiple trailers. The trailer dampening system is provided having a barrel assembly joined to the trailer, a cylinder rod assembly adjoined to the barrel assembly by a connection assembly wherein a connection assembly first opening is configured to receive a coupler end cap proximal end of the cylinder rod assembly. In some embodiments, there is a reservoir system having a main reservoir, a valve assembly, and at least one connection line. In some embodiments, the trailer dampening system further comprises an electrical control system connected to the valve assembly and having an input device configured to receive an input, a battery, a plurality of sensors, and a microcontroller.
