Modular casing for rooftop air conditioner for bus
An air-conditioner casing for an air conditioner mounted on a ceiling of a bus are provided. The air-conditioner casing includes: a pair of bases having first and second bases which are installed to be spaced apart from and opposite to each other; and one or more shrouds coupled in a space between the first and second bases, in which the number of shrouds to be connected and installed in the casing may be determined based on a capacity of an air conditioner.
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger has a structure in which a heat exchanger main body through which coolant flows is obliquely installed in a box-shaped enclosure, the heat exchanger main body is constituted by a header pipe and a plurality of heat transfer pipes connected to the header pipe and disposed at predetermined intervals along a surface of a part of the header pipe, the header pipe has an area adjacent to an inner surface of the enclosure, and a seal section is provided between the inner surface of the enclosure and the area of the header pipe adjacent to the enclosure.
PLATE ARRANGEMENT FOR FLUID FLOW
Provided is a plate arrangement for fluid flow, including a support plate, and a plurality of channel plates detachably mounted on the support plate, wherein the plurality of channel plates are mounted to cover at least a portion of the support plate, each channel plate has a fluid channel, the plurality of channel plates are arranged along a fluid flow path of at least a portion of a predetermined fluid circulation loop so that the plurality of channel plates form at least the portion of the fluid circulation loop, and fluid channels of adjacent channel plates are fluidly connected to each other.
Electronic system with integrated alerting and cooling mechanisms to save the life of an unattended child in a vehicle
The invention describes a safety system for cooling air around a child in a car when an engine of the car is turned off, and a cooling mechanism of the safety system is automatically activated above a specified temperature when a child is left in the car. The safety system incorporates an audio alert, a visual alert, and a mechanism to send a distress signal or call to emergency services after two minutes after the car engine is turned off and the child is not removed from the car. An open-source Firmware code was used to control thermoelectric cooling via Arduino and an Android software code for emergency calls.
WARM AIR CHANNEL WITH INTEGRATED HOUSING WALLS
An air-handling housing assembly for a vehicle includes a first housing component having a first lateral wall, a second housing component having a second lateral wall spaced apart from the first lateral wall with a first flow path defined between the first lateral wall and the second lateral wall, and a first wall module received between the first lateral wall and the second lateral wall. The first wall module includes a first engagement portion engaging the first lateral wall, a second engagement portion engaging the second lateral wall, and at least one wall structure extending between the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion for subdividing the first flow path.
Road vehicle having an ambient air purification device, ambient air purification device and filter element
A road vehicle with a vehicle frame and a rear axle connected to the vehicle frame is provided with an ambient air purification device with filter elements for removing dust, particulate matter, and gases from ambient air. The ambient air purification device is arranged transverse to a longitudinal vehicle axis in an exterior region of the road vehicle at a vehicle rear of the road vehicle in an underfloor region such that at least the filter elements are arranged behind the rear axle of the road vehicle in a travel direction of the road vehicle. The ambient air purification device is received in an installation space of the vehicle frame. The ambient air purification device is flowed through in longitudinal vehicle direction. A free outflow zone of the ambient air purification device is arranged, in travel direction of the road vehicle, behind the ambient air purification device.
Blower comprising a motor mount
A blower having a motor mount, in particular for a blower of an air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle, the blower having a blower housing, in which an electric motor is held with the aid of the motor mount, an impeller being furthermore drivably disposed in the blower housing on a shaft of the electric motor, the impeller having a side oriented toward the electric motor, and the motor mount having a first surface oriented toward the impeller, a gap being formed between the impeller and the first surface, the first surface having a plurality of first projecting elements, which protect on the outer circumference of the surface in the direction of the impeller.
VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
A vehicle air conditioner, and more specifically, to a vehicle air conditioner in which an air conditioning module and a cooling module are integrally formed, thereby enabling miniaturization so as to enable increased space utilization inside an engine room, and enabling increased manufacturability.
Integrated Thermal Management Module of Vehicle
An embodiment integrated thermal management module of a vehicle includes a heat dissipation fan module disposed between opposite side frames of an underbody of the vehicle and mounted on a cross member that connects the opposite side frames to each other, the heat dissipation fan module being configured to transfer vibration to the cross member and to exchange heat of external air of the vehicle with heat of a cooling medium of an outdoor heat exchanger, and a cooling medium circulating unit provided on a side of the heat dissipation fan module.
Air purging system
A vehicle air purging system includes a vehicle body that defines an interior. A support member is coupled to the vehicle body. The support member defines a receiving cavity. The support member defines an aperture proximate the receiving cavity. A one-way valve is coupled to the support member and is disposed within the aperture. A fan is coupled to the support member. The fan includes an outlet aligned with the aperture. A controller is operably coupled to the fan. The controller is configured to activate the fan to blow air from the interior to an area external to the vehicle body through the one-way valve.
