The present disclosure relates to a vibration device configured to be integrated into a vehicle seat and comprising a vibrator capable of generating vibrations. This device further comprises an attachment mechanism capable of attaching the vibrator to the back or underside of a support layer integrated into a member of the seat, and a damper which is in contact with this support layer and with the vibrator, and which is capable of reducing, in the support layer, the vibrations generated by the vibrator.

In a vehicle seat, a seat back includes a backrest on which an occupant sitting on a seat cushion leans his/her back, and banks supporting the back of the sitting occupant on both sides. The present invention provides an array type automobile seat profile adaptive-adjusting apparatus, comprising a seat back plate, a seat bottom plate, a seat profile layer covered thereon and a plurality of shape memory material actuators which are arranged in a rectangular array and are disposed between the seat profile layer and the seat back plate and between the seat profile layer and the seat bottom plate, wherein each of the shape memory material actuators comprises a plurality of sequentially nested sleeves, a return spring through which an outwardly extending elastic force is applied to the sleeves, a pulley block fixedly arranged in the sleeve located at a tail end, and a memory alloy wire which is in a shape of filament and is wound on the pulley block.

A seat backrest is provided, comprising a framework (1) including an upper portion (10), a lower portion (20), a central support portion (40) and two side portions (30) formed integrally by injection molding a thermoplastic material; and an elongated reinforcement (60) embedded in the side portion (30) and the central support portion (40) by overmolding and extending along the side portion (30), the reinforcement (60) being configured to bend along a boundary (35) between the side portion (30) and the central support portion (40). A seat including the backrest is also provided.

A seat having a base support extending under a base of the seat and a squab support extending behind a squab of the seat, the squab support being integral with the base support, the seat presenting a base seating surface upward of the base support and a squab seating surface forward of the squab support, and the seat comprising a first inflatable bladder disposed between the squab support and the squab seating surface for permitting adjustment of the inclination of the squab seating surface relative to the base seating surface.

The present invention provides an array type automobile seat profile adaptive-adjusting apparatus, comprising a seat back plate, a seat bottom plate, a seat profile layer covered thereon and a plurality of shape memory material actuators which are arranged in a rectangular array and are disposed between the seat profile layer and the seat back plate and between the seat profile layer and the seat bottom plate, wherein each of the shape memory material actuators comprises a plurality of sequentially nested sleeves, a return spring through which an outwardly extending elastic force is applied to the sleeves, a pulley block fixedly arranged in the sleeve located at a tail end, and a memory alloy wire which is in a shape of filament and is wound on the pulley block.

A vehicle seat including: a seat frame; a seat pad covering the seat frame, a back surface of the seat pad including a seat frame covering part that covers the seat frame; and a back surface material made of cloth and covering a part of the seat frame covering part other than an edge of the seat frame covering part, the back surface material being interposed between the seat frame covering part and a surface of the seat frame, wherein, in a state where the seat frame is covered with the seat pad, at least the edge of the seat frame covering part is distanced from the surface of the seat frame.

A vehicle seating assembly includes a seatback frame. A bolster insert is positioned on a side bolster of the seatback frame. A foam layer is positioned over the seatback frame. A trim cover is positioned over the foam layer. The foam layer and the trim cover are contoured to expose the bolster insert.

A seat cover includes: a surface member; and a pocket including: a bag part arranged on a back surface side of the surface member and sewn on a folded portion of the surface member folded toward the back surface side along an edge of a pocket opening; a bead part interposed between the bag part and the folded portion extending along at least one of a pair of longitudinal edges of the pocket opening, sewn on the folded portion and the bag part, and arranged to protruding into the pocket opening; and a core member inserted into the bead part, wherein: the bead part and the core member respectively include extension portions extending beyond a pair of lateral edges of the pocket opening in a longitudinal direction of the pocket opening; and the extension portions of the bead part and the core member are fixed to each other.

A vehicle seat including: a seat frame; a seat pad covering the seat frame, a back surface of the seat pad including a seat frame covering part that covers the seat frame; and a back surface material made of cloth and covering a part of the seat frame covering part other than an edge of the seat frame covering part, the back surface material being interposed between the seat frame covering part and a surface of the seat frame, wherein, in a state where the seat frame is covered with the seat pad, at least the edge of the seat frame covering part is distanced from the surface of the seat frame.
