Body care apparatus
A body care apparatus capable of providing optimal therapeutic care for a body of a user is provided. The body care apparatus includes a wearable device worn on the body of the user so as to obtain activity data of the user, a massage chair performing a massage on each body part of the user while supporting the body of the user, a data analyzing unit inferring condition data for each body part of the user according to the activity data obtained from the wearable device, and a controller controlling an operation of the massage chair according to the condition data inferred by the data analyzing unit. The body care apparatus may infer the condition data by deep learning of an artificial intelligence algorithm or a sensor fusion.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE SEAT SYSTEM
A method for operating a motor vehicle seat system, having at least two first fluid-fillable bladders and at least one second fluid-fillable bladder connected via a supply line to a common line and to a pump via this line and are fillable with fluid via this line, each first bladder having its own discharge outlet, and the second bladder not having its own discharge outlet, and having a controller which controls the filling or emptying of the bladders, the controller being configured to empty the second bladder via a discharge outlet from one of the first bladders, the second bladder being evacuated by detecting which of the first bladders is empty or is currently not used, establishing a fluid connection between the second bladder to be evacuated and the empty first bladder, and opening the discharge outlet belonging to the empty first bladder.
Vibration Motor Assembly of Seat
An embodiment vibration motor assembly of a seat includes a vibration motor and an upper housing disposed around the vibration motor to hold and fix the vibration motor, the upper housing configured to be fixed to a pad of the seat, and the upper housing including a holding part disposed at a circumference of a front surface of the upper housing to hold a circumference of the vibration motor and a fixing part protruding from a rear surface of the upper housing to cover and fix a rear surface of the vibration motor.
Psychosomatic state adjustment support device, psychosomatic state adjustment support method, and psychosomatic state adjustment support program
A psychosomatic state adjustment support device includes: a storage section that stores a target psychosomatic state for each destination of a moving body; a specification section that specifies a current psychosomatic state of an occupant of the moving body; an acquisition section that acquires a destination of the moving body; a deciding section that decides a vibration pattern based on the target psychosomatic state according to the destination and the current psychosomatic state; and a control section that applies a vibration stimulation to the occupant by causing a vibration applying section provided in a seat on which the occupant is seated to vibrate based on the vibration pattern.
UPHOLSTERY UNIT FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
An upholstery unit (28) for a seat of a motor vehicle has bar-form upholstery elements (30) that can be displaced relative to one another and provide a person with cushioned support. A flexible connecting layer (32) connects the upholstery elements (30) to one another and can be folded into an interspace (34) between adjacent upholstery elements (30). The upholstery element (30) has at least one pocket (36), and at least one pressure-point actuator (38) is inserted in the pocket (36) of the upholstery element (30) to apply a massage pressure to the person through a material of the upholstery element (30). The pressure-point actuators (38) in the accommodating pockets (36) of the upholstery elements (30) can be displaced relative to one another. Thus, a massage function of the upholstery unit (28) is adapted optimally to people of different heights, and provides comfortable seating in a motor vehicle.
ARTIFICIAL MUSCLE LIGHT WEIGHT SEAT MASSAGER AND HAPTIC RESPONSE CHAIR
An artificial muscle chair device includes a plurality of artificial muscles embedded in a chair. Each artificial muscle includes a housing having an electrode region and an expandable fluid region. A first electrode and a second electrode each disposed in the electrode region of the housing. The artificial muscle chair device further includes a dielectric fluid disposed within the housing. The first and second electrodes electrostatically attract, inflating the expandable fluid region with dielectric fluid and thereby applying selective pressure to an outer surface of the chair.
Systems and methods for minimizing motion sickness in vehicles
A motion sickness control system for a vehicle includes a vibrator. The motion sickness control system includes a sensor configured to measure vibration of the vehicle. The motion sickness control system includes a computer having a processor and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor to actuate the vibrator at a target frequency based on the measured vibration of the vehicle. The target frequency attenuates the measured vibration of the vehicle.
Motor Vehicle Seat with Lying Function
A motor vehicle seat with a lying function has a seat cushion, a backrest which is arranged on a first end region of the seat cushion, and a calf support which can be elongated and which is arranged on a second end region of the seat cushion. The calf support is provided with a lifting device for lifting two outer support panels out of a rest position and into a support position which protrudes beyond a support surface of the calf support.
VEHICLE SEAT WITH VIBRATION DEVICE
A vehicle seat comprises at least one vibration device comprising an electroacoustic transducer, the vibration device having a mass less than or equal to 130 g.
SEAT WITH VIBRATION DEVICES
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat comprising a seating portion and a backrest, the seat further comprising at least one vibration device. The vibration device(s) are arranged in one or more of the following authorized spaces: a first authorized space in the backrest, which is defined by predefined ranges; a second authorized space in the seating portion, which is defined by predefined ranges; these ranges being defined with respect to an orthonormal coordinate system (H, x, y, z) whose origin is the point H which is the seating reference point of the seat, for which the x axis extends horizontally from the rear to the front of the seating portion, for which the y axis extends horizontally from the right to the left of the seat, and for which the z axis extends vertically from the bottom to the top of the backrest.
