VEHICLE HAVING POWERED DOOR CONTROL

A vehicle having powered door access is provided including a powered door having an actuator for moving the door between closed and open positions, at least one sensor for sensing a first user approaching the vehicle, and a transceiver for communicating with another vehicle. The vehicle also includes a controller determining a distance of the first user from the vehicle and communicating with the other vehicle which determines a second user from the other vehicle, wherein the controller prioritizes which of the vehicle and the other vehicle is granted permission to open a door based on the distances of the first user and the second user.

SYSTEMS FOR SHARED VEHICLE ACCESS
20230131651 · 2023-04-27 ·

The present systems, devices, and methods relate to managing shared vehicle access. Vehicle access can be provided to a candidate user based on whether the user is included in a list of at least one user associated with a respective virtual key. Virtual keys can be created, or lists of at least one user can be updated to include the candidate user, to in turn provide vehicle access. Virtual keys can be stored in a plurality of virtual key slots, with vehicle access being provided based on a virtual key stored in an active key slot. Status reports can be sent to a reservation management device, for updating virtual keys or lists of at least one user.

Electronic device for managing application relating to key of external electronic device, and operating method of electronic device

In an electronic device and an operating method of an electronic device, according to various embodiments, the electronic device comprises: a communication module frequency performing communication with an external electronic device; and a security module which monitors a change in data relating to an applet for managing a key used for the authentication of the external electronic device, which manages information relating to the applet, and which stores the applet and an applet identification (AID) list including at least one AID, wherein the security module can be configured to receive, from the external electronic device, a signal for requesting the application identifier (AID) list to be transmitted, transmit the AID list to the external electronic device through the communication module in response to the reception of the requesting signal, receive, from the external electronic device, a signal for requesting information relating to an applet associated with at least one AID selected, from among AIDs included in the AID list, by the external electronic device, and transmit, to the external electronic device, information relating to an applet corresponding to the selected AID. Additional various embodiments are possible.

Vehicle, server, and method for controlling the same

A server assigns a vehicle to be provided with a vehicle sharing service to a user based on the received at least one piece of schedule information and position information of a plurality of the vehicles when at least one of schedule information of the user and use information of a vehicle sharing service is received by a terminal for the user. The server operates a communication device to transmit identification information of the assigned vehicle to the terminal for the user, and operates the communication device to transmit user information to the assigned vehicle.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE-EQUIPPED VEHICLE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDED WITH PROGRAM

An information processing device including a reception section 130 configured to receive user operation for disabling a vehicle control function by a first key configured to be used to control a vehicle, a confirmation section 132 configured to check whether a prescribed communication can be performed with a second key that is a key configured to be used to control the vehicle and that is different from the first key, and a processing section 134 configured to perform processing to suppress disabling of the vehicle control function by the first key according to the user operation in cases in which the prescribed communication with the second key has not been confirmed by the confirmation section.

OPERATOR PROTECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A method includes receiving a request to assume control of a vehicle generated by a candidate operator via a first communication pathway. The method obtains a key from an onboard controller of the vehicle and communicates the key to the candidate operator via a second communication pathway that is different from the first communication pathway. The method determines the candidate operator to be a confirmed operator based at least in part on obtaining the key from the candidate operator via the first communication pathway.

Authentication system, mobile device, processing device, and non-transitory computer-readable medium

A mobile device is carried by a person to be authenticated. An acceleration sensor is installed in the mobile device and configured to output an acceleration signal corresponding to acceleration applied to the mobile device. A processing device is configured to execute determination processing for determining whether the person is walking based on the acceleration signal. A control device is configured to control transmission of a radio signal, and to control an operation of a controlled device based on a result of the determination processing and a result of authentication processing for authenticating, by way of the mobile device, the person as a user of the controlled device. The determination processing is activated in response to reception of the radio signal by the mobile device.

Key information sharing system, delivery device and user terminal

A key information sharing system includes a delivery device that delivers key information as first information for a control device equipped in an object and a user terminal that receives the first information delivered from the delivery device. The delivery device adds second information that allows the first information to be transferred between the user terminal and a third-party terminal without the delivery device, to the first information to be delivered to the user terminal. The user terminal transmits the first information to the third-party terminal in response to an input operation by a user, when the user terminal receives the first information to which the second information has been added.

Relay device, storage medium storing program for relay device, and control method of relay device

In a system that enables a person who possesses a portable device in which enablement data as data that permits operation of a vehicle is stored, to operate the vehicle, a relay device is provided for relaying the enablement data from a center server that issues the enablement data of the vehicle, to a portable device of a person scheduled to operate the vehicle. The relay device includes an obtaining unit that obtains the enablement data of the vehicle from the center server, a temporarily storing unit that temporarily stores the enablement data obtained by the obtaining unit, in a storage device, and a transmitting unit that sends the enablement data stored in the storage device, to a portable device used by a person in charge of operation of the vehicle.

System for managing access to a vehicle by a service provider that is to provide a service associated with the vehicle

In some implementations, a system may receive an access request associated with an agent and the vehicle. The system may authenticate, based on an agent identification associated with the agent, the agent in association with providing the vehicle service. The system may send, based on authenticating the agent, an authorization request to a user associated with the vehicle, wherein the authorization request is sent to a user device associated with the user that enables the user to authorize the agent to access the vehicle in association with providing the vehicle service. The system may receive, from the user device, a user authorization that authorizes the agent to access the vehicle. The system may configure the vehicle to enable the agent to access the vehicle via a client device associated with the agent.
