BRUSH CONSTRUCTION FOR MOTOR VEHICLE WASHING SYSTEMS
A brush construction for motor vehicle washing systems comprises a base plate (2) that supports a plurality of bristles (3) each of which has a base end (31), fixed to the plate (2), and a free end (32); the base plate (2) is suitable for being removably fixed to a rotating construction that is suitable for rotating the base plate (2) around the central axis thereof; the bristles (3) are fixed to the base plate (2) with different tilts both in radial directions, inwardly and outwardly, both in non-radial directions, clockwise and anticlockwise, with respect to the rotation direction of the base plate (2) or in any other direction that is different from the preceding directions; the bristles (3) being arranged with mutually converging and/or diverging tilt directions.
Vehicle
A vehicle traveling from a first area to a second area includes a traveling mechanism having a plurality of wheels and a traveling function, and a control unit configured to cause the traveling mechanism to perform a wheel cleaning operation and then cause the vehicle to enter the second area.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROTECTING PAVEMENT OR FLOORING
A protector for protecting pavement or flooring while cleaning a vehicle tire may generally include an elongated body having a top side, a bottom side, and a peripheral edge disposed between the top side and the bottom side. A notch extends from the top side to the bottom side and inwardly from the peripheral edge. The notch is sized and configured so that the protector is positionable with the bottom side disposed on the pavement or flooring and with the notch extending around a portion of the tire treads in contact with the pavement or flooring.
ARRANGEMENT FOR CLEANING VEHICLE TIRES
An arrangement for cleaning the tires of a vehicle is described herein. The arrangement includes a gutter arrangement a strip arrangement and a brush mat arrangement on its upper surface. At one end of the arrangement is a nozzle arrangement that sprays or otherwise applies water onto the tire. The strip arrangement applies water to the tire and vibrates the tire to remove contaminants. The brush mat arrangement both cleans the tire and removes water from its surface. The water as well as the dirt and dust that has come off the tires accumulate in a collection basin under the brush mat arrangement. The arrangement is suitable for interiors of structures.
Water blowing device
The disclosure discloses a water blowing device which is composed of a wheel positioning rotating part and a wheel water blowing part. The water blowing requirement of the wheel can be met.
System, Method, and Apparatus for Applying Tire Shine to Vehicle Tires
A tire shine application system includes a computer having at least one sensor interfaced thereto that detects and measures sizes of a tire of a vehicle as the vehicle enters a car wash. A tire shine applicator is interfaced to a three-directional movement device that is controlled by the computer. When the tire approaches the tire shine applicator, the computer controls the three-directional movement device to position the tire shine applicator to an outwardly facing wall of the tire and controls the three-directional movement device so that the tire shine applicator traverses the outwardly facing wall of the tire while tracking the tire as the tire shine applicator deposits tire shine liquid on the outwardly facing wall of the tire.
Wheel outer rim groove polishing device
The wheel outer rim groove polishing device includes three major systems, which are a wheel rotation system which is used for positioning, clamping and rotating of a wheel, thereby polishing all grooves in the circumferential direction of the wheel, a left polishing system for reciprocally polishing groove tool grains in the longitudinal direction, and a right polishing system for reciprocally polishing groove tool grains in the transverse direction; and three systems cooperate with each other and are combined orderly to jointly complete the polishing of tool grains on the wheel outer rim grooves. The present disclosure can meet the requirements for polishing the tool grains on the wheel outer rim grooves. Compared with artificial polishing, the device improves the polishing effect, improves the work efficiency, and reduces the risk of rim deformation. The device has the characteristics of high efficiency, practicality, easy manufacture, flexible operation and the like.
DIRT REPELLING CLEANING COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Described herein are compositions and methods for use in automotive care. The present disclosure includes compositions directed to, for example, a wheel cleaner.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR APPLYING A CLEANING LIQUID TO A VEHICLE PART
A device for applying a cleaning liquid to a vehicle part includes an upper nozzle for discharging cleaning liquid in a first spray geometry delimited in a first vertical cross-section starting from the upper nozzle, by a first upper side piece and a first lower side piece that enclose a first opening angle with one another. The device also includes a lower nozzle for discharging cleaning liquid in a second spray geometry delimited in a second vertical cross-section starting from the upper nozzle, by a second upper side piece and a second lower side piece that enclose a second opening angle with one another. In a vertical projection, a first straight line extending through the first upper side piece encloses an angle with a second straight line extending through the second lower side piece is less than 10°, and the first lower side piece intersects the second upper side piece in the discharge direction.
MAT FOR CLEANING AND MOVING BODY CLEANING DEVICE
Disclosed is a mat for cleaning that removes extraneous matter adhering to a moving object, the mat for cleaning including: a mat part having a front surface facing the moving object and a back surface; a plurality of pump parts disposed on the front surface of the mat part, formed integrally with the mat part, and being deformable independently of each other; and a bottom member in contact with the back surface of the mat part and capable of being detached from the mat part, wherein the pump parts each include a pump chamber wall that protrudes from the front surface of the mat part and comes into contact with the moving object to receive a pressing force directly from the moving object, and a fluid passing portion provided in the pump chamber wall and allowing communication between an inside and an outside of the pump chamber wall.
