The driving member is pivotally connected to a wheel seat of a frame of the baby carriage, a guiding opening is arranged in the wheel seat, an engaging part is arranged on a side surface of a hub of the wheel, a driving slot is arranged in the driving member, one end of the locking member is slidably arranged in the driving slot, and another end of the locking member is configured to slidably pass through the guiding opening, so that when the driving member rotates, the driving member drives the locking member to engage with the engaging part or disengage from the engaging part. A braking mechanism and a child stroller, where the braking mechanism includes a pedal part and a housing part connected to the pedal part, the housing part has two side walls and a middle wall sandwiched between the two side walls, a locking end is arranged on an outer side of each of the side walls, and a sliding groove is arranged on an inner surface of the middle wall, where the braking mechanism is further provided with an elastic piece part, the elastic piece part is provided with a highest point, and the braking mechanism is prevented from a false locking through a cooperation of the sliding groove and the highest point. A console that has a pair of handle clamps and a console body is coupled to the pair of handles. A pair of skis is selectively engageable with the set of wheels. A ski rack and a pair of seat supports are coupled to the stroller frame. A child seat that can be in a forward or alternative backward position is selectively engaged with the pair of seat supports. A canopy and a tray are coupled to the child seat.

An all-terrain accessorized stroller apparatus for all season and weather capable stroller includes a set of wheels and a pair of handles coupled to a stroller frame. A console that has a pair of handle clamps and a console body is coupled to the pair of handles. A pair of skis is selectively engageable with the set of wheels. Disclosed is a wheel set brake mechanism, including: a drive member mounted on the movable frame; and a brake assembly including a drive pin, a traction member and a locking member, wherein the drive pin is operably connected to the drive member, the traction member includes a first cable and a second cable, a first end of the first cable is connected to the drive pin, a second end of the first cable extends into an inner cavity of the hollow shaft to be rotatably connected to a first end of the second cable, and a second end of the second cable is connected to the locking member.
