CO.sub.2 in the liquid or super-critical state is delivered by at least one carrier vessel from at least one CO.sub.2 storage site, which may be an onshore site, to an integrated offshore facility. The integrated offshore facility is provided with at least one on-site storage tank or vessel adapted to store CO.sub.2 in the liquid or super-critical state and with equipment for marine transfer of CO.sub.2 in the liquid or super-critical state. CO.sub.2 is utilised as required from said at least one on-site storage tank or vessel for EOR at said offshore site or for EGR at said offshore site by injection into a sub-sea oil or natural gas bearing reservoir and recovery of oil and/or natural gas from a resulting production stream.

A system that includes a marine vessel with a vaporizer skid disposed on the marine vessel. The vaporizer skid is configured to convert a liquid to a gas. The system further includes a first tank disposed on the marine vessel that is configured to store the liquid. The system further includes a plurality of header modules disposed on the marine vessel. The plurality of header modules form a piping network that provide a first flow path from the first tank to the vaporizer skid and a second flow path from the vaporizer skid to a connective interface. The connective interface is configured to provide a flow path from at least one of the plurality of header modules to an end-user system.

Cargo transfer vessel

The invention concerns a cargo transfer vessel (3) for transferring fluid between an offshore production facility and a tanker and a method for transferring the fluid. The cargo transfer vessel comprise a hull (20) having a first and a second outer longitudinal hull side; a deck (30), propulsion means for actively maintaining the cargo transfer vessel at a predetermined distance from the offshore production facility and the tanker during fluid transfer operations and fluid transfer means for transferring fluid between the offshore structure and the tanker. The vessel is further characterized in that the hull comprises a main hull member and at least one protruding hull member (13) arranged below the cargo transfer vessels water line at each of the outer longitudinal hull sides for suppressing roll of the vessel, wherein the at least one protruding hull member extends at least partly along the hulls longitudinal length, i.e. from the start of the vessel's bow to the end of the vessel's aft.

A marine vessel may be configured with a water pump and seawater treatment equipment for use in providing a marine vessel water pumping platform for pumping water into a subsea reservoir to help maintain or increase pressure to assist with producing oil and/or natural gas. The marine vessel water pumping platform allows for the pump and seawater treatment equipment to be continuously used for pumping operations as the marine vessel may be moved between subsea reservoir sites, which helps reduce maintenance costs. The water pump may be lower in minimal flow capacity than water pumps on platforms, thereby allowing for more diversity in supporting different oil and/or gas pumping in offshore drilling operations.
