Floating lift system for floating or fixed docks and method of use
A floating lift system capable of fully integrating into an existing floating or fixed dock or into a floating or fixed dock currently in construction that allows users to employ a plurality of utilitarian uses, thereby providing for enhanced user experience. The floating lift system includes an elevator deck comprising of a parent floating dock adapter and a lift deck extender; a lift deck; and an air control system. The floating lift system allows for the raising and lowering of load into and out of water.

Dock stabilizing pile guide
A dock stabilizing pile guide device includes a frame attached to a floating dock and enclosing a respective piling. The frame carries a plurality of rollers that rotatably interengage the piling and guide the dock upwardly and downwardly along the piling as the depth of the underlying water changes.

Inflatable watercraft barrier
Disclosed herein is an inflatable watercraft barrier in one example having an inflatable perimeter tube. Also disclosed is a diaphragm sealed to the perimeter tube to form the watercraft barrier between a watercraft and the water in which the watercraft barrier and watercraft float. In one example, a portion of the perimeter tube forms a gate portion which is at least partially selectively deflated so as to be denser than water, and therefore rotates about a gate pivot such that the watercraft may enter the watercraft barrier through the gate portion. Also disclosed is a water pump in fluid communication with the watercraft barrier so as to evacuate water from between the watercraft barrier and the watercraft.

Submersible Vessel for Dry Docking a Vessel
This invention relates to a submersible vessel for dry docking a vessel. The submersible vessel comprises a floating unit, a deck above the floating unit and a number of stabilising towers arranged on the deck. The deck has a base, a sidewall along a perimeter of the base and a block provided within the sidewall and resting on the base, defining a cavity such that when the vessel is being docked onto the deck, a thruster of the vessel is above the cavity.

Floating platform module
A floating module includes an upper half and a lower half. The upper half includes one edge from which a flange extends downwardly, while the lower half includes an opposite edge that includes an upwardly facing flange. Modules can be interconnected to one another by engaging the upper flange from one with the lower flange from another. A cavity and channels are formed in the lower surface of the module such that water will become entrapped in the cavity and channels when the platform is placed in water. Through use of one way check valves positioned in fluid communication with the cavity and channels, a hydro-lock is formed that prevents the water from escaping the cavity and channels while it is placed in water.
HYBRID FIXED/FLOATING MARINE STRUCTURES
A marine structure including a floating deck attached to a damper configured to control the vertical movement of the deck. The damper allows vertical motion of the floating deck in response to gradual changes in water level such as tidal changes, but resists bouncing of the deck in response to shorter term fluctuations in water level such as boat wakes or wind chop.
