The mounting system comprises a shear pin inserted into the central bore and the complementary central bore from the rear face with a flange bearing against the rear face, a support with a central hole, the diameter of which is greater than the flange diameter and fixed to the rear face, and a cap fixed to the support closing off the central hole and bearing against the shear pin.
DRIVE UNIT FOR AN AIRCRAFT HAVING LIFTING POINTS, AND CARRIAGES FOR SUPPORTING SUCH A UNIT
A drive unit includes an engine such as a turbofan engine and a nacelle which includes, on the outside around an annular stream of fresh air, starting from upstream, an air inlet, front side covers, a thrust reverser having reversal gratings and movable rear covers. The front side covers surround the reversal gratings of the thrust reverser when it is closed, and the movable rear covers retreat with said gratings to open the reverser. The engine includes lifting points that form heavy-duty attachment points intended to receive handling clevis for lifting and transporting the drive unit. The lifting points are two upper lifting points arranged on the engine, each on one side of the engine radially behind the front side covers above the horizontal diameter (D) of the drive unit.
OPENING COWL ASSEMBLY AND DEPLOYMENT MECHANISM
The invention relates to the field of fairings of aircraft propulsion units, and more particularly to an assembly comprising a longitudinal beam (31) configured to be mounted on a lateral of a turbofan (7) engine core (11), oriented parallel to a longitudinal axis (X) of the turbofan (7), an opening fairing (18) cowl (50) of the engine core (11) and a deployment mechanism (60) mounted on the longitudinal beam (31) to move the opening cowl (50) between an open position and a closed position.
PROPULSION UNIT INCLUDING LIFTING POINTS DISPOSED ON THRUST REVERSER CYLINDER SUPPORTS
A propulsion unit includes a nacelle, a turbojet engine, and a thrust reverser having gratings provided with movable thrust reversal gratings arranged around an annular duct for fresh air from the turbojet engine. The propulsion unit further includes actuators arranged around the annular duct and each actuator has a front end attached to the turbojet engine and a rear end which translates movable rear covers and gratings for opening, in the annular duct, radial passages which receive said gratings. The propulsion unit further has lifting points that are arranged around the annular duct for lifting the turbojet engine. At least one of the lifting points is formed on a beam for attaching an front end of an actuator.
Aircraft with a propulsion unit with offset fan
An aircraft includes a wing having a first upstream spar and a second downstream spar extending in the direction of the span of said wing, and at least one propulsion unit supported by the wing. The propulsion unit includes a turboprop engine and a propeller. The propeller includes an external annular casing fixed to a suction surface of the wing, and at least to the first upstream spar via at least one first and second fastener.
FRONT ENGINE ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE, HAVING A BEAM MADE IN TWO PARTS
A front engine attachment system for an engine of an aircraft. The front engine attachment system has an engine pylon having, in its front part, a frontal part having an attachment wall with a front face, and a front engine attachment having a beam fastened to the front face and to which a link-rod system is fastened on either side of a median plane. The beam is made up of a front plate and a rear plate that are fastened together in a removable manner The rear plate is pressed against the front face. The front plate is disposed in front of the rear plate. Each link-rod system is fastened to the rear plate in an articulated manner by at least one first connection point and is configured to be fastened to a front part of the engine in an articulated manner by at least one second connection point.
FORWARD ENGINE ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE COMPRISING A DIRECT COUPLING BETWEEN THE JET ENGINE PYLON AND THE ENGINE
A forward engine attachment system for an engine of an aircraft, the forward engine attachment system including a jet engine pylon including, in the region of the forward part thereof, a front part having an attachment wall, and a forward engine attachment with a connecting rod system on either side of a median plane, wherein each connecting rod system is fixed in articulated manner by at least one first link point to the attachment wall and is designed to be fixed in an articulated manner by at least one second link point to a forward part of the engine. Such a forward engine attachment system thus includes a direct coupling between the jet engine pylon and the engine, allowing the production of an assembly that is less heavy and is easier to produce.
FRONT ENGINE ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE, HAVING A BEAM MADE IN THREE PARTS
A front engine attachment system for an engine of an aircraft, the front engine attachment system having an engine pylon having, in its front part, a frontal part having an attachment wall with a front face, and a front engine attachment having a beam, which is fastened to the front face and to which a link rod is fastened on either side of a median plane. Each link rod is fastened to the beam in an articulated manner by at least one first connection point and is configured to be fastened to the engine in an articulated manner by at least one second connection point. The beam is made up of front, intermediate and rear plates. The rear plate is pressed against the front face. The front plate is disposed in front of the rear plate. The intermediate plate is disposed between the front plate and the rear plate.
REAR ENGINE ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE, HAVING A BEAM MADE IN THREE PARTS
A rear engine attachment system for an aircraft engine. The attachment system has an engine pylon with a lower spar having a lower surface, and a rear engine attachment having a beam fixed against the lower surface and to which a pair of rods is fixed. Each rod is fixed to the beam by at least one first connection point and to the engine by at least one second connection point. The beam includes front and rear fittings, and an intermediate fitting with a shoe and an intermediate clevis. The shoe presses against the lower surface. The front fitting presses against the intermediate fitting at the front and the rear fitting presses against the intermediate fitting at the rear.
