The present disclosure relates toa brush box that includes a housing, a gear system (100) configured inside the housing. The gear system (100) includes a first gear (102) having first teeth configured on an inner side of the first gear (102). Second gear (104) configured inside the first gear (102), the second gear (104) includes second teeth that engages with the first teeth such that the first gear (102) configured to rotate about its axis when the at least one second gear (104) moves on the inner side of the first gear (102). Distributing means (106) operatively coupled to the second gear (104). The movement of the second gear (104) circumferentially on the inner side of the first gear (102) enables spirographic movement of the distributing means (106) around a centre of the first gear (102).
Filling station and method for filling a transport tray
The disclosure relates to a method for filling a transport tray having a reduced risk of incorrect fillings. In accordance with the disclosure, a target filling of a plurality of receptacles in the transport tray is transmitted to the control device and at least one filling template is produced based on the target filling and on a filling regime and is displayed by means of a display device. Then drug portions corresponding to the filling template are transferred to the receptacles, and an image of at least the receptacles to be filled in accordance with the target filling is produced by means of an optical detection device and the actual filling is determined using the image and is compared to the target filling. If no target deviation is found, the transport tray is released for transferring the drug portions to the machine tray.

The IDP dispenser dispenses pharmaceuticals one at a time and is movable along the pathway. A dose-based packager is positioned adjacent the pathway. The dose-based packager receives pharmaceuticals from one or more of the IDP dispensers when said one or more IDP dispensers are disposed adjacent the dose-based packager. The dose-based packager packages pharmaceuticals received from the one or more IDP dispensers in dose-based packaging.

A filling station includes a transport tray having a plurality of transfer receptacles, an optical detection device configured to generate one or more images of transfer receptacles having drug portions arranged therein and a control device coupled to the optical detection device. The control device causes display of a filling template of which transfer receptacles are to be filled with one or more drug portions and compares an actual filling of the transfer receptacles based on the one or more images of the transfer receptacles generated by the optical detection device to ta target filling. The control device also determines if no deviation exists between the actual filling and the target filling and releases the transport tray for transferring the drug portions to a secondary tray.

Disclosed is a reconfigurable device for dispensing/distributing tablets in the blister pockets of a packaging strip subjected to longitudinal movement in a substantially horizontal plane of a packaging machine having a blister-packer, the reconfigurable device having a frame designed to be mounted on the blister-packer, the frame having a front attachment wall preferably arranged vertically, at least one accessory for dispensing/distributing the tablets in the blister pockets of the strip, the accessory being designed to be mounted removably on the frame. The device includes an intermediate interface intended to be attached removably to the frame, against the front attachment wall thereof, in order to support the at least one accessory. The interface includes at least one drive member of a mobile element of the accessory/accessories supported thereby.
