Labeling machine for labeling containers
Examples are disclosed for a labeling machine for labeling containers, such as bottles in the beverage-processing industry. In one example, a labeling machine includes at least one machine unit which in operation can treat containers (e.g., label the containers), and a movable protective element which separates at least part of the machine unit from an associated environment. The protective element comprises a handle for moving the protective element, and the handle comprises a pushbutton for locking and/or unlocking. The pushbutton, when actuated, selectively releases and/or blocks the movement of the protective element.
Label applicator for syringe labeling
A label applicator for application of labels to the body of a syringe. The label applicator may be moved into position relative to a predetermined axis along which syringes of different respective sized may be disposed. In this regard, the label applicator may be operative to apply a label to an array of syringes of different sizes. Moreover, the label applicator may print label information onto the label regarding each individual syringe prior to application of a label to the syringe. This may allow for custom label application to each labeled syringe.

Method and device for processing beverage containers
Provided is a method and a device for processing containers, the containers being transported along a predefined transport path and being combined with at least one product that can be defined in terms of its amount, such that the product is supplied to each individual container in a predetermined supply region of the transport path, the product being guided to the supply region along a supply path.
Filling system for liquid products and method for filling liquid products into bottles
A system and method for filling liquid products into bottles are described. The system comprises a machine block with a blow-molding machine for providing a flow of bottles, with a labeler for labeling the flow of bottles, with a first and second transport stretch, each comprising a filler for filling the bottles, and with a distribution unit dividing the labeled flow of bottles to the transport stretches when the transport is fully populated at all circulating labeling positions of the labeler and all circulating filling positions of the fillers. The filling system comprises outflow conveyors downstream of the fillers, with a combining device for combining the transport stretches to form a common outflow for the flow of bottles, thereby reducing the transport speed during filling and subsequent handling of the bottles, as well as problems due to the product in the bottles spilling over during the closure process.

Automatic blood-sampling tube preparation device
The present invention provides an automatic blood-sampling tube preparation device which can detect the presence of the proper or improper blood-sampling tube by selectively taking out a blood-sampling tube and transferring the blood-sampling tube to a label pasting position, printing information of the patient on a label, pasting the printed label on the blood-sampling tube positioned in the label pasting position, and collecting the label pasted blood-sampling tubes in the container for each patient. The device also includes photographing means for photographing an appearance of the blood-sampling tube taken out from the blood-sampling tube containing section and a control means arranged to have a threshold with respect to at least one characteristic information previously extracted from an appearance of a blood-sampling tube, to extract the characteristic information from the appearance image photographed to judge whether the blood-sampling tube corresponds to the instruction information from the doctor.

LAMINATED LENTICULAR LABEL FOR CURVED CONTAINERS
A lenticular label for a container, such as a curved glass bottle, is formed of a lenticular array having a plurality of lenticules on a front face and a smooth back face and a compliant base layer having first and second faces. A first adhesive is disposed between the first face of the compliant base layer and the smooth back face of the lenticular array. The first adhesive is in substantial contact with both the first face of the compliant base layer and the smooth back face of the lenticular array. A second adhesive is disposed upon the second face of the base layer.
