CONVEYANCE MECHANISM AND LABEL PRINTER
A conveyance mechanism is configured to sandwich a label including the adhesive side, on which an adhesive has been provided, between a drive roller and a rotatably provided assist roller and to drive the drive roller in order to unwind the label from a label roll in which the label is wound. The assist roller includes a contact portion configured to come into contact with at least a part of the print side of the label. The contact portion is provided so as to avoid coming into contact with an adhesive oozing from at least one of edges of the label along a conveyance direction of the label.
LABELLING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR APPLYING LABELS TO CONTAINERS
A labeling device and a method for applying labels to containers comprising an unwinding unit for receiving thereon at least one supply roll with a label tape; having an intermediate buffer unit for temporarily storing the label tape unwound from the supply roll, the intermediate buffer unit comprising at least one first movable roller unit; a drive unit arranged downstream of the intermediate buffer unit, when seen in the conveying direction and used for driving the label tape in the conveying direction; and processing unit for separating the label tape into the individual labels and for optionally coating the labels with glue and for transferring the labels to the containers wherein the intermediate buffer unit and the drive unit have arranged between them a separately configured, dynamic buffer unit comprising at least one second roller unit which is movable independently of the intermediate buffer unit.
Label issuing apparatus
A label issuing apparatus of an embodiment includes a print unit that prints commodity information on a linerless label, a feeding unit that feeds the linerless label, a cutting unit that detaches the linerless label as a label piece, and a temporary adhesion unit that holds the label piece, and superimposes an upstream end portion in a feeding direction of the held label piece on a downstream end portion in a feeding direction of a subsequent label, the subsequent label being the linerless label next fed by the feeding unit.
Labelling machine
A labelling machine, comprising a series of label dispensers (2) arranged in a column, a label application device (3) and transportation means for transporting labels from the dispensers (2) to the application device (3), these transportation means being formed by a first transportation module (4), which may be moved vertically, and a second transportation module (5) that tips via a vertical axis.
Labelling machine and method
A labelling group for applying at least one label onto a respective article at an application station is disclosed. The labelling group comprises a transfer element, which is adapted to transfer the label along a trajectory which comprises a transfer station, and can be arranged in an operative position, in which the transfer station coincides, in use, with the application station; and a diverting device, which can be selectively arranged in: a first configuration, which allows the transfer element to convey the label along at least part of the trajectory and to release the label at the transfer station; or in a second configuration, which prevents the transfer element either from receiving the label or from releasing the label to the transfer station. The transfer element is movable in at least one rest position, in which the trajectory is spaced from the application station.
Printer
A printer for label printing includes a cutter to cut a continuous label after printing at a position inside of the surface with respect to the outer case of the printer. A separation sensor is disposed between the cutter and the thermal head. A sheet detection sensor is disposed downstream of the cutter in the feeding direction. The sensors are mounted in two stages on a common circuit board. The circuit board is disposed vertically along the feeding direction of the continuous label within the region where a cover-open button to open an opening and closing cover of the printer is disposed.
Media Application System with Autonomous Media Replenishment
An autonomous labeling system is disclosed that includes a media applicator, a robotic device, and a media replenishment system. The media applicator is configured to apply media to objects. The robotic device is operatively coupled to the media applicator and configured to move the media applicator. The media replenishment system configured to stage a supply of media for installation in the media applicator.
